Active not working

Every time I try to go to active (whether through saved links or through Google), I get the attached page. I've tried clearing cookies as per Justine's advice on another thread, but no change.

Can you advise? I'm using Samsung Internet on an android phone.

Thanks for flagging this - we're sorry you (and several others) are having this problem.

We're in the process of launching the new site but we've been having some teething problems this morning. There's more information on this thread - Is this the new platform? - and Justine's posting any updates there.

In the meantime, can you try clearing your cookies and then logging back in? Here's how to do it.

Hey, if incognito works then it's most likely there is still an issue with cookies or cache on the main browser. When you cleared cookies - did you also clear cache?

If you accessed the active page during the period when the new site was live or you have a bookmark then it's likely that your browser has stored some information that means it's trying to redirect you to a page that doesn't exist rather than the actual page.

Same... cookies and cache cleared, still error showing for Active Conversations. Incognito working though. Chrome, Windows 10.

Surely we don't have to all log in again? I have no idea of my password.

I couldn't get on at all this morning. I'm a bit disappointed there are still issues. I understand that you're all working on it. But why not revert back to when it was working last night, whilst you tinker with the issues?

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues - and also sorry for the inconvenience of the site not working as expected.

We’ll have to investigate this further and get back to you. You should be able to access the site via an incognito/private browser or a different browser while we figure this out.
