Hi - we're still on the old one I'm afraid. We weren't happy with the speed of the new site when we launched overnight so we're back to the old one for now.

Will we be emailed a beta code? I couldn’t find one when it was asking me to put one in earlier.

If its not changed over then how come I can't access it via Internet explorer?

It keeps coming up with the " oops" message

Glad it’s not just me! Couldnt understand what was going on at 5.45 this morning but I’m back to normal now, thank goodness.

I can’t get on via Safari. This in via the Google app. Bloody pain in the backside @JustineMumsnet. Taken since 6am to get on the site. No idea where I am tbh!

Can you clear your cookies Yellow? That should fix things. Sorry for the pain!

Will investigate… no idea how to tbh and really don’t want to clear ALL cookies as, well, passwords …

Yes apologies - that will be because you need to clear your cookies on your phone

I can't log in on my phone. ONly on my lap top. Phone asking for a code!

Not yet cos we're going to do some more testing of performance. We'd obviously tested some big loads (more than peak traffic) but the test wasn't live users which is obviously a different matter. Will keep you posted.

Mine is working as normal this morning - Safari desktop.

Thanks for the quick explanation MN! I can imagine that this is a big headache for someone this morning

I’ve cleared cookies and am in on Safari (old platform I presume) but had to clear all cookies for all sites and reset my password. Annoying.

It won't work on safari for me. I cleared my cookies and it brought the website up but it wants me to sign in first. When I do put my password in it just asks me to register?

I couldn't access on the app this morning but logged in on safari, on my phone, and I'm now able to use the app. So there's a suspension of the launch? I had worried there'd been a cyber attack.

Keeps throwing me in and out BTW.

I clearly jinxed myself by posting that it was working OK because I was then logged out and kept being asked to log in again even after clearing my cache.
