MN very slow and keep getting this error message

Been having problems with mn this morning, it is horrendously slow and then I keep getting this error message as well
Not sure if it is just me
I am on iPad safari using desktop (because I cannot access the mobile site)

Am on iPad. It’s better than earlier. Was quasi unusable with 504 message etc.

I was redirected to here a couple of minutes ago. Then had to refresh pages as the trending now box not coming up properly. But speed much much improved.

ok I think the cloudflare, may have been there to verify it we were a bot of spammer.

looks like MN may have been targeted again.

Why did I just get a message saying Cloudflare was checking my browser before allowing access to mumsnet.com? Hmm
I got this too. Been timing out on connection on all devices for a couple of days, but especially bad today.

Been trying to get on MN all morning. Managed to read a post and came back to reply. Haven't been able to load any MN page since this morning till now. Each click still takes ages to load. Posts not sending too.

Also had a browser check before being redirected here. None of the issues was at my end as I already cleared cache and turned phone off and on.

I have had same problems all day, also just got the "checking your browser" message, ddos I suspect.

It was playing up like mad, so I went off to finally get round to getting dressed do a couple of chores, I'm now having to pass the Cloudfare thing but at least it's decided I'm legit and let me get this far! Chrome on very ancient PC.
