Morning everyone. Bit of an update for you.
The software that controls the cookie bar is provided by another company. We’ve reported the error to them and they are looking into it. What we know is that it isn’t affecting everyone - only people with certain versions of Safari (which can include Chrome and Firefox on iOS) but it is happening on other sites that use their software not just Mumsnet - and they are taking it seriously and working to get it sorted.
Tech have put a temporary fix in while the external company looks at the problem. Hopefully this should fix it but if not it would be useful to continue getting information from you on browser version and device so do keep sending those in if you've had a problem with this - it all helps.
