Privacy notice coming up on every page

Every time a page loads, I have to click on the privacy notice. Every page.

Mumsnet must be the glitchiest site I use.

It's so annoying and the randomness makes it e ven more so.

It's not the only site I get it on, newspapers websites are also bad ime but it's by far the worst.

This is not just random, or every now and then, it comes up every single time a new page loads.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this and sorry to hear you're having problems. Can we ask what browser you're using? This has been an issue with some Firefox users, especially those using an Ad Blocker.

Ah! Me too. SO annoying. Thought it was something to do with my laptop.

Now I’ve got it too.
Using safari on an iPhone. And it didn’t used to do it so that’s weird! So annoying - every time I press the back button on the browser, or go back to active convos, go on the next page of a thread or back to the forum. It rendering the site unusable for me.

And yup, there it is again after writing that post.

It’s unbearable so I’m off for now and will check in periodically to see if it’s sorted but won’t be using the site in the meantime

Happening here this morning. Wasn’t yesterday. On iPad on safari.

Site is pretty much unusable as I’m not clicking to get rid of it every time I click to open a new page. Too much of a pain so please sort it out.

This is happening to me too. Every few seconds. I'm using an ad blocker.

I'm happy with ads, but not a huge ad immediately after the OP.

I was getting it on Chrome with Adblock plus last week. As per OP random and without warning. Clicking the ok button did nothing.
