Every time a page loads, I have to click on the privacy notice. Every page.

Mumsnet must be the glitchiest site I use.

Still happening. Any idea when this will be fixed MNHQ?

chemenger · 24/09/2019 14:57

Happening to me too (iPhone and safari)

Datun · 24/09/2019 15:18

Yes, still happening here.

soniamumsnet · 24/09/2019 15:34

Hi,

We're still trying to figure out why this is happening. Really sorry we haven't managed to sort it yet.

Please do keep the devices/browsers coming and also let us know if you're using private browsing at all. Smile

AgathaF · 24/09/2019 15:52

It's happening to me as well. Tried firefox, chrome and edge and it's the same with all. Very annoying.

Datun · 24/09/2019 15:55

Not using private browsing.

Datun · 24/09/2019 15:56

And as soon as I finished typing the message pops up.

Datun · 24/09/2019 15:56

When I press post I mean

Datun · 24/09/2019 15:57

Press I'm on, it pops up. Click on a thread, it pops up. Press post, it pops up.

needstosleepmore · 24/09/2019 16:02

It’s been happening to me as well for a few days, it’s so annoying! Using safari on iPhone, not changed anything

soniamumsnet · 24/09/2019 16:06

Hi thanks for these reports. Please can you let us know the browser version number? That would be really helpful.

itsabongthing · 24/09/2019 16:18

Can you advise where to look to see which version of safari we are using?

LarkDescending · 24/09/2019 16:32

Please make this stop. It even happens on every click, every refresh - literally several times a minute. (Safari on iPad).

needstosleepmore · 24/09/2019 16:55

I’m on safari 12

thisisthetime · 24/09/2019 17:15

I’m using safari on iPhone and it’s been happening for a few days now, still happening

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 24/09/2019 17:26

Driving me crackers as well now. iPhone safari. Tried private and regular browsing but both the same.

amgine · 24/09/2019 18:09

Getting this with Chrome on iPhone

Babyiwantabump · 24/09/2019 18:48

Really annoying - safari on iPhone

Datun · 24/09/2019 19:10

Can you advise where to look to see which version of safari we are using?

Same here. I've had a rummage and can't see anything remotely numerical.

DaisyDando · 24/09/2019 19:13

It has started happening to me too today. Safari iPhone. I had to click it to respond to this thread.

coconuttelegraph · 24/09/2019 19:15

This happens on my laptop using firefox and my kindle, no idea what that uses.

I'm not techy but isn't it obvious that it's not device or browser specific

bananasandwicheseveryday · 24/09/2019 19:43

Right. I've tried using Chrome, both regular and incognito and my adblocker browser, again, both regular and incognito. Happens every time I click on a button - bookmark, next page, different thread - on every browser both private and regular. It is now intensely annoying, completely spoiling the experience and I am fast losing patience with it.

30to50FeralHogs · 24/09/2019 19:51

I always use private browsing. Can't find where to find which version of Safari I'm using on my phone, as its preinstalled on the phone, so doesn't show in the app store.

Using Safari on my Mac and it doesn't happen here, but then I stay signed in on my laptop, whereas my phone signs me out (sometimes when I'm halfway through typing a reply Angry ) so that might make a difference.

Its getting really annoying, every time I'm browsing a thread, it signs me out, reloads the page, brings up the privacy page again, I click agree, then start to read the thread, then get the "Oi you, what are you doing at 5pm" message (VVV annoying at the best of times, but its now getting silly) and then when I want to click on another page I have to do it all again.

Please sort it out MNHQ.

needstosleepmore · 24/09/2019 20:54

Apparently the version of safari is the same as your iOS, I wasn’t sure either.

needstosleepmore · 24/09/2019 22:14

I’ve just updated my iOS to 13 and seems better 🤞
