Can watched threads get a notification when threads go poof

I get a bit annoyed when people have nothing to say on a post but must be doing it so they'll get a notification when threads are deleted.
Can we get a notification please, if you've watched a thread too.
Or I'll randomly comment on every thread...

I agree with this please.

I've sometimes got nothing to contribute but want to know what happens and it's annoying when it's not even on the watching list to find a thread deleted msg. I just start to think I can't find it or must have imagined it!

There's not many reasons for a thread to go poof TBF, Usually it's a troll or they have asked. Does it make any difference to know which it was? If it suddenly disappears I just move on and assume it's been deleted.

Hi there OP,

Thanks so much for the suggestion - we'll have a talk about this one and see if there's anything we can do. It might not be right away as we're rather busy at the moment but we'll do our best. Flowers

I hate to be demanding Lorna, but can I refer you to this thread from 2013 or this from 2014 or the many others like it Grin

I'm sure it would help with the placemarking/bumping/trollhunting.
