Ok I've re-added Further Ed to my topics but thread still not showing in TIO

Its sort of sorted, but I don't like the look and feel of it .
greengoose - thats not good. I am on the desktop site , and there is a tab at the top ( between I'm watching and 15 minutes ) called 'I started.' That should bring them up hopefully?

@greengoose I did an advanced search on your name and a key word and threads came up. I think they are all still there. If you search on your name and within the right time frame, you should find them.

Bookbook, I've tried that, it says 'you haven't started any threads recently'.
I've searched, and the thread about loosing my daughter is still searchable, which is something. The woollyhug one will be there too, but can't work up the energy to find it right now. The thread about my daughter felt safe and 'mine' before though, and now it just feels like general property. That's silly but it's how it feels.
Also, I'm sat in tears because I've searched and read it when I'm in no place to do that right now, I have a full on day ahead.
Oh well, things change. I'll cope. It's only a thread. MN is going to shit though, isn't it? I'm sure years ago the powers that be would have had some thought to why people save threads or start them, and this isn't something they should just change overnight. It was bad enough when they called it a zombie thread.... please try and think things through a bit HQ.

Now, to add to my aggravation, I cannot find the latest Archers thread on Radio Addicts. You can only find it by doing an advanced search.

So now in addition to weird double spacing on TIW, I find Actual be topics is doing the same.

So it's a deliberate design change? It's a huge waste of space.

It's a bit pants all round, isn't it.

These functions don't work, you can't hide threads, and 'unanswered threads' shows only the most recent 20 (or 50 if you click again) rather than all.

These changes have left the site with less functionality.

I think MNHQ have lost sight of how users actually use the site.

Still doing the huge space before the threads actually come up this monring. And freezing up endlessly. I havent time to reboot every 2 minutes! I just want to pop on read something that interests me and get off again during the day!

And having to press 'read more' when there are hardly any threads on view in the first place is another pain, you press it then wait till the whole list comes up again and you are back at the begining of the list, and the order of the list has changed so you have to scroll right down in case you miss something that wasnt there first time. What a waste of time.

And the double spacing , just why, it wastes more space than before and you cant see where you bookmarked on a thread.

Sorry MNHQ I need a rant its driving me bonkers.

We're sorry to hear some of you are having issues with Threads I'm On

We've had to limit the number of threads shown on TIO/TIW etc to avoid slow down of the page/site that was occurring with hundreds of results. It was set to show up to 20 threads and then up to 50 if you click Show more at the bottom. However, given your feedback, we've now increased this to show up to 50 threads, going up to 100 if you click Show more.

To clarify the confusion around hidden threads and topics, if a thread or topic has been hidden it will disappear from Active, TIO, TIW, TIS. This isn't a new feature, we've had this in place before we made any changes. If you've found a bug with this feature, however, do please let us know.

For those having issues with gaps and page jumping, we're sorry to hear about that. Could you send over screenshots and information on what device you're using please? We'll try and get to the bottom of these asap.

Hi @danielbtech - I don't think either of those fixes deal with what people are complaining about:

• TIO/TIW aren't recording every time we 'watch' or post on a thread;
• They don't jump back to where we left off, just show the last few posts

TIO & TIW aren't working for me. I have some old ones listed there but can not get a thread to appear in either I'm on or I'm watching since the change.

Desktop & Firefox.

And one of several examples, the Archers thread I've posted on and watched is not appearing in either TIO/TIW:

I've tested this in iphone, ipad and Google Chrome on a PC.
