I don't think it works particularly well. I was reading a really sad post by a recently operated on transwomen the other day who was having intermittent pain (possibly caused by hair growing inside), and it was too tight and too shallow, and she was worried as it would lubricate when she was aroused but she didn't know how or from where. She was I think kind of worried about how and if sex would actually work.

It sounds very painful. I hope anyone who goes through that is very happy and feels much better about themselves! Like my tattoos, I know some people think they're the worst thing ever, but they make me very happy, I love them!

Pretenbian was a lesbian term we used ironically. That's clearly been appropriated too.

Yeah I guess those things aren't mutually exclusive though. It's a negation of a male sense which is (psychologically) linked to toxic masculinity.
