Not at all surprising. Far easier to identify a MNer in RL from their twitter or Facebook accounts, rather than from a usename/pword/ipaddress combo...

I think what arkko meant was that he picked on who caused him the most rage, or the most stand out person. To teach her a lesson. But it could be a coincidence if her details were easy to pick up.

I hope there's a MNetter on the team going after him.

I would guess that the team, in particular Justine after her own experiences, are taking a very close personal interest in that one Lweji.

Everything in the "dox" is pretty much in the public domain. Pretty low using her kids though.
