MN making safari crash?

Every time I have been on Mn this morning it keeps crashing safari.
It doesn't do it on any other website.
I'm using an iPad.
Any ideas what's going on or how I can fix it?

I don't want to update my ipad though. It's an ipad 2 and I've read that they don't cope well with the latest update.

Took me 5 attempts to get to the pont that I could post this!!!
It's been going on for around 4 days now, which is a bit much frankly.
I'm sure your techies are on it NMHQ but glitches like this shouldn't take so long to fix.

This is happening more often now - safari on I pad. Especially if I try to look at active threads. Have a software update due am going to see if this helps.

I'm having this in Safari and Chrome.

so thats why my ipad is being crap now I've updated :( and I only updated because I thought it would fix my mn problem.

Still crashing on my iPad

I reported this on the other thread. It's still happening and I'm still getting the baffling 'cannot parse response' message.

This is still happening for me, even with the latest updates. It's not happening anywhere else, only on Mumsnet. It happens about 2/3 times when I click on a talk topic or thread title.

This is happening constantly to me, on iPad and iPhone. It's also v slow. The banner ad at the top doesn't seem to be loading properly, and my rotating downloading indicator never stops rotating, I.e. no page downloads fully ,no matter how long I leave it.

I spend the bulk of my limited downtime on mumsnet. PLEASE FIX THIS. IT'S ONLY ON MUMSNET!!

I've been having this too but i'm slightly reassured that it may be a mumsnet problem rather than a major problem with my iPad! Mine is full and so I can't upgrade it to the next version but it hasn't happened to me today so fingers crossed that's it.

Happenning loads to me on iPad tonight.

Glad to hear updating has sorted things out for some of you. Huge apologies to everyone still having problems. Tech are still looking into this. We'll update the thread when there is any news.

Happens most on MN chat page when I try to open threads. I can't update my ipad without causing problems. If update is the only way to fix this cn you let me know as I'll stop accessing MN rather than damage my ipad.

Happens so much I can barely read MN now. Took so many times to register this. Off to find another site.

I wonder if mn have seen a drop in site stats?

It is really annoying and has kept me off loads as I can't be bothered restarting after every crash.
