1248, I'm having the same problem as Madame, it won't let me switch to my SS nickname

I've emailed hq so am hoping for a reply soon ish.

I have an A name and a B name both with the same number. Have a royally cocked something up? Have sent gift to the person I was selected to send to and clicked the button at the bottom to say it is sent. Recieved an email back saying thank you for sending with the Santa B but will my recipient be wondering what happenend to Santa A present? I only put down to donate one item.

How the fook do I name change to my secret santa name I've tried on app, mobile and laptop and can't change on any of them...even though the nn is in my nn history!

I hope you have received it by now? As I said, upthread, I posted it Royal Mail 'Signed For' on Thurs 4th Dec. Having gone into the RM tracking system, I see it was received and signed for last Saturday, 6th December. So I hope it is safe with someone?!
