It's logging me out... again!

Anytime I navigate away from MNet (I know, I do try not to do it, but sometimes I need to look at other sites 'kay? ) I'm logged out and have to log back in again. Even if I have two tabs running, it happens when I switch from one to the other.

I've tried it on a variety of devices and browsers;

• iPhone running latest software update (7.1?) and using Safari & Chrome.
• Kindle Fire using Chrome and Silk
• Laptop running Windows 7 and using Chrome & Firefox. I couldn't bring myself to try IE.

It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying.

Tech did sort it last time, but whatever he/she/they have upgraded has reset it for me (at least!).

This has just started happening to me tonight. I am using my iPhone on the mobile site.

Me too, on iPad and android phone. Glad it's not just me!

Yes, I got that cookie message a few minutes ago. And was logged out when I went onto another tab for somewhere else and then returned.

X post hopefully that's it fixed will let you know if it happens again.

Hasn't been a problem for me until a couple of hours ago, when it kept logging me out. I use rhe mobile site (iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.something, Safari) Now I can't post at all on the mobile site (I get the blue speech bubble instead).

App seems fine.

I mean, when it started logging me out.

I haven't changed any settings on my phone.

It keeps logging me out and insists that I log back in under an old username rather than my current one. I changed my password - thought that was the problem, but still couldn't log in, so changed my log in to my last username and it worked.

Seems to be working for me now....fingers crossed.

Using a PC and running Chrome but not 'incognito'.

I log in, look at stuff and then it'll do the usual 'chrome can't load' rubbish and then when MN comes back, I'm logged out again.

Do you think whoever hacked earlier is playing silly buggers with your database?

I've been logged out three times this evening - using Safari on iPad.

YouTheCat the database is fine. This last time you logged in, did you tick the 'keep me logged in' checkbox?

Yes this has been quite annoying here too this evening.
Have logged in several times after asking to re-set my password as I rarely remember these things.
I've ticked "keep me logged in" but for some reason tonight it doesn't seem to be able to do that.
We're using firefox on an applemac (I think that's right!)
