Back to his old tactic of putting the onus onto others to come back to him. If he was that anxious to clear his name, you'd think he'd have taken the very first possible opportunity to publish the correct facts in his comment. But no, he's actually happy to leave the article up and just make vague bullying assertions about defamation. Let's hope the Times is a bit tougher than the Birmingham Post (but I thought it was the Birmingham Mail?)
