Get yourself into the iTunes store, search for Mumsnet and it will appear before your very eyes. It is not a mirage.

Loving it soo far! Can't scroll and I haven't got my colour coding for thread leader or my last post. But still loving it so far!

Is it meant to work on ipads as it doesn't seem to on mine?

It's really hard to find my posts on a thread. Can they be highlighted in purple perhaps?

OK, have downloaded, but have reverted to mobile version because it is so mucg easier to read a thread from your last post without scrolling. With the app I can't check if a thread has been updated without going on to the thread and scrolling and checking. Which is a PITA. Unless I am not doing something properly?

i've got the app to keep up with threads i'm in etc. However (and i don't know if someone has posted this allready) but when i come back to a thread i've posted in i have to scan through pages and pages of posts. It would be alot beeter if it would take you to your most recent post

It looks great, but functionality lets it down.

You've spoilt us all with the mobile site being so pretty damn good now, the app seems a bit simplistic in comparison. I've gone back to mobile for now, until an update is ready.

We have certainly cut a few rations Chaos .

I seem to have to do more clicks on the app to get where i want to be than on the m. site.

for MN App 2.0 could you....

1. loose the splash screen it adds nothing and wastes time
2. have a way of seeing threads I'm on where others have replied and jumping to that section
3. do something about how it just throws your whole post away if you try to post and it is unable to connect. Most annoying and stops me wanting to use the app. Please fix it so that it saves your post.
4. add a refresh button please

I would be willing to pay an app with no ads/ much smaller text only ad.

wouldn't it be cool (but slightly creepy...) if it had a threads you might like button to pull up conversations you are likely to be interested in given the people you usually fight get into discussion with and the topics that you engage on.

Having used it for a little while, some points:

• mostly I LOVE IT :)
• Ends of thread titles are missed off
• Colouring of your posts and OP's posts would be useful
• When's the annoying Vodafone thing going? I have no interest in changing my mobile phone provider and keep clicking it by accident.
• it would be fabbo if you could send push notifications on new posts on threads you're on.

Apologies for the recent radio silence but we've spent the last couple of weeks badgering hectoring in conversation with the company who built the iPhone app for us, with regard to it not working on iPad.

They have informed us that they expect to have the problem fixed by the end of this week. As soon as we know more we'll be in touch.
