Seriously now, can we have a new emoticon?

Seeing as how we have all been asking for years for various new emoticons and have just been fobbed off.

There have been requests for (and check out my dedication to the cause) wine glasses, a frown , another frown, a vomit, a yawn (and my personal favourite) a shrug, and a twat and nothing.

I mean, you gave us our biscuit after all the media hysteria on biscuitgate so I assumed we were going to have to need a very good reason, but the confused face just appeared, and the bear? Well that was just from one thread that wasnt even funny.

One Fricking Thread? And there is a whole new emoticon? How is that fair?

So I am hereby officially requesting a [yawn] or [shrug] for when someone is being incredibly dull, (and I am sure someone will be along to add a request for a [twat] although I can see that that might be construed as a personal insult...)

So any chance you could actually answer us instead of ignoring us on the AIBU thread would be great

Oh, we definitely need a vomit emoticon. So many uses.....poo threads, pregnancy, bumsex, dragon butter, Mick Hucknall etc...

And a PFB emoticon for anyone being OTT in the preciousness of their childcare. It would have to have a halo, of course.

no to eye roll though as tat pves the way to netmums to animated smilies and that won't do :P (see i need it there right there!)

I vote for a vomit face. Biscuit and Envy can go. I like Confused and Hmm

I like Hmm because it's great for eye-rolling,
and I use Confused as a boggle face too!

I whole-heartedly agree with :p , I use it all the time elsewhere...as a tongue-sticking-out, but also a subtle vom emoticon.

Let's have that one!!

Why can't we have all of them. I don't think it would distract from the threads. MN would still be the lovely nest of vipers that we know and love.
