Misdee, when I was having my nightmare yesterday where I thought I wouldn't get my stuff I spoke to a supervisor, and told her how upset I was, and how let down I felt, and that I would be phoning every day next week to check on progress. She told me to ring 0800 3895516, and ask if I am through to the Branston call centre (apparently this is the main call centre, and the only one that has all the info, but calls are sometimes diverted away from there). I also wanted mine for DS1's birthday next saturday, and she offered to express courier it to me if it came in next week.
