so when were yours supposed to tuen up then misdee? and whos ringing you b and q or the courier company?

couried company just ran to say 1 of 3 things wont be turning up...said it looks like the ben nevis will be but im really not holding my breath

My dad phoned me this morning and said he has had 3 cards about deliverly, he thought I had order 3 things!!!! Only ordered the one, though if they want to deliver 3, I don't mind I can sell them to the people who didn't get one!!

I have just rang and asked about the ben nevis and b and q said its definetly on its way...better be.

i amn absolutly disgusted with the fact they cannot even tell me if i am getting a matterhorn now. i accepted that on the basis tha t the ben nevis wasnt available, and was told the matterhorn was and someone else would call me about delivery. now i cant even speak to the people i need to. grrrrrrr

My football table and castle play set were delivered today so thats dh's job for the weekend.

Well I didnt get a phone call telling me I wasnt getting mine, but I will be exstatic if it arrives Monday, why cant you speak to whoever you need too misdee? Lucky you lot that have your BTW

they cant put me through to the dept dealing with the playcentres, and cant confirm if i amn getting one. have been told to wait 2 weeks before sept 1st (my dd2 birthday, was planning on this as a present and have her friends and cousins over to play on the frame) if i havent heard before. its appauling. i cant afford anything else of similar size. the matterhorn is suitable for 6 kids, so ideal for my kids and me neices and nephews.

ill read cant as wont.keep at them we will hound them into action. SURELY you cant sell something then say oh actually we havent got it
from our POV its not like we can buy something and then say OErrr...I cant pay for that.

Misdee, when I was having my nightmare yesterday where I thought I wouldn't get my stuff I spoke to a supervisor, and told her how upset I was, and how let down I felt, and that I would be phoning every day next week to check on progress. She told me to ring 0800 3895516, and ask if I am through to the Branston call centre (apparently this is the main call centre, and the only one that has all the info, but calls are sometimes diverted away from there). I also wanted mine for DS1's birthday next saturday, and she offered to express courier it to me if it came in next week.

oh thank you mumof2boys. what is wporrying me the most iof that my order number isnt recongised. this playcentre would help a great deal this holidays as i cant take the girlsd on day trips out due to having to go the hospital. i just want them to have some fun. i will call that number tomorrow.

its so annoying when companies doing this, i know its not the same but several items i ordered this week form boden i'm not getting as they sent me a letter saying when they went to pick them they weren't there!
