I've had the same thing i.e. they phoned to say it wasn't actually in stock but they are expecting some next week so they took my payment details again.

does anyone know if you do have to concrete it in?!

Ive just phoned B&Q and they have said that stock is being replenished over the weekend of all items that are out of stock.

Delivery is within 14 days and there have ben no reported delays of delivery of items that have been ordered and paid for.

They would not let me pay for the Mckinley as it is out of stock....so I couldnt gaurentee getting one

The items should be concreted in to place to prevent the items from falling over....DH has looked at the site and he reckons some large stakes would be fine to hold down the smaller frames.(The stakes are available from most DIY stores and are similar to camping pegs but larger and more robust).

So if you are desperatley trying to secure one of the items, its a case of logging in early every morning and being patient until stock is again available.

If/when the items are back in I will start a new thread to let you know.

Seeing what you said charliecat about a phone call from an 019 number yesterday you ignored, I did the same thing! So, I've just rung it, and they have booked delivery of my two items, so this is probably what they were calling you for I guess.

I've just had a call from them too. Will be getting stock in next week and wanted to know if I still wanted it, so will def get it after that (gives me longer to tell dh!) They said that I will get another call to confirm when delivery will be. They had to get my card details again, so just as well I had read this or I wouldn't have given them.

i just got a call, they havent got any stock of the ben nevis so they are sending me the matterhorn instea, which is £50 dearer. excellant!!

but am not gettign charghed the extra £50.

i njust got a call to say that my table football game is going to be delivered next friday (£36 reduced from £150) and i asked about the castle gym set and she has added it to my order to be delivered next friday as weel. even though it still says out of stock on the website!

I just get a big bleep when i ring the 019 one.

i think i got it from 1471 last time they rang me.

Disaster!! all sold out on website! My own fault for dithering. Really wanted the Castle for dd & ds. Held out on ben nevis as I thought Castle would come back in stock. Ah well next year now.

I know dream, I'm gutted too. We finally decided to go for it and get the castle one. I just phoned and begged, because they are going to get more in over the weekend, but only for people who've ordered them.
