Pushchair shed July part 1 - is there such a thing as a perfect pram?

Bexie reminded me it was the first of July!

I am still on the search for a pram that does all I want it to!

FlyMeToDunoon · 01/07/2009 21:58

Where is it?

hereidrawtheline · 01/07/2009 22:01

just the garden. DH is going to go bring it in. DS was enjoying being able to push it around out there and I have been in DS world of getting him to bed etc. I am now too shattered so going to save it as a special treat for the morning.

Do you know how I can find a stock photo of my pliko so I can get the colour name etc? I'm going to put it for sale on MN for £20.

FlyMeToDunoon · 01/07/2009 22:05

FlyMeToDunoon · 01/07/2009 22:17

BexieID · 01/07/2009 22:19

Disenchanted3 · 01/07/2009 22:30

Hiya,

Rorie is fine, the rash is a heat one i think, bloody scared me though as I had a crappy thin glass and wasn't pressing hard enough and it wasn't fading.

T's now though with proper tumbler!

Crapped it!

BexieID · 01/07/2009 22:30

It could well be older, but I seem to remember that colour coming out when i'd had Tom, so would be 2006 maybe?

I googled capri zapp year, lol.

nicolamumof3 · 01/07/2009 22:31

Disenchanted3 · 01/07/2009 22:34

Been up since stupid o clock as I couldn't sleep, had dd in bed as well so that didn't help either.

Took Pulse out for a spin yesterday and I oove it. Although the handles do feel a bit high but I will get used to them.

nicolamumof3 · 02/07/2009 07:23

lillypie · 02/07/2009 07:55

Morning everyone it's sunny here already

I've had a good couple of days buggy wise.On Sunday I picked up a BN O'Baby Vintage Rose stroller at a car boot sale for £12.00,for my granddaughter.

Then yesterday I sold my Pegasus ATP for almost twice as much as I paid for it

Nicola the First wheels is lovely and I'm glad Luka (sp?) like rear facing. Are you feeling better now? How long until the wedding.

Claret glad you love the Pulse it's awful when you look forward to a buggy coming and then hate it.

I can't wait to hear what Dis thinks of the infinity.

Carrielou you around love, how are you feeling?

pebbles79 · 02/07/2009 07:57

Gorgeous morning here again today, I'm glad as my washing basket is full (is it ever empty?!) so I'll be able to get it all out.

Need to go get us all ready to take DS2 to nursery now.

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 02/07/2009 08:22

Good morning, I was wondering if I could get your learned opinions on the Petite Star Zia. Looking for a second buggy (main buggy Maclaren XLR) for big 11 month old for when we go on holiday in September (so he will be 14 months then). Like the zia because it will recline for naps. However I am tall 5'10 and DH taller 6'5". Your opinions are sought and also how much I should be paying second hand for one. I know it doesn't rear face but that is not a consideration for me.

thank you.

maxybrown · 02/07/2009 08:27

libra - no no no!! I am just under 5ft and found the zia low!!! They are a bit rubbishy to be honest. maybe not too bad if just for hols but TBH I reckon it will kill your back?!

FlyMeToDunoon · 02/07/2009 08:38

hereidrawtheline unfortunately I haven't found having a nice pushchair completey removes the possibility of turning up at school a mess
Yep washing all the way here. Only problem is the massive pile of clean dry washing now!
Lovely morning.

FlyMeToDunoon · 02/07/2009 08:54

Can someone do me a favour. I want to arrange a collection from an ebay seller and need it to be time slot and with the option of not giving dimensions so was going to use senditnow. But have rediscovered why I don't use them- they have a requirement for windows on the computer and I don't have it. I have a mac. I knew there was some problem with them!
Anyway can someone arrange this on their computer? I will give you all the details and I will pay the money to you via paypal?
Please.

FlyMeToDunoon · 02/07/2009 08:55

PS off on nursery run in a mo back soon....
