Bexie reminded me it was the first of July!

I am still on the search for a pram that does all I want it to!

Ooh grabbed a BARGAIN at carboot, raincover that im 99% sure will fit BJCM perfectly £2!!

Just need to get infinity one, think ill splash out on official one as its much harder to fit a universal one to that and saved so much on BJCM one!

Decided des keeping my gorgeous infinity and BJCM!

Took Aurora to carboot sat up in the carrycot with the harness on, she looked soooo cute!!!With little summer dress and hat on, shes so ace

Oh crap forgot to paypal lovely lady for FFP harness ...

sorry!!

pebbles79 · 04/07/2009 12:12

Yep, I've had two full bags of shopping in the BJCM basket. You can also keep stuff on the hood and there's a large storage pocket on the back too.

pebbles79 · 04/07/2009 12:13

Dis you have to show us a piccie of Aurora in the carrycot, I love seeing kids like that

Disenchanted3 · 04/07/2009 12:28

Aurora in carry cot

and another

pebbles79 · 04/07/2009 12:36

Awww, she's so cute! Think that's the first pic I've seen of her when she's awake . She looks gorge in the carrycot.

Disenchanted3 · 04/07/2009 12:39

She dioes like to sleep

I had to put a pillow behind her when we were out incase she fell back over bumps, she loved sitting up.

nicolamumof3 · 04/07/2009 12:41

she does look v.cute!! does the mattress have a backrest bit too? its nice and spacious for her nice in this weather too.

i don't know what to get wish i could love the BJCM but i just don't. i was same with p&t tho and then i got it!! agree with you maxy about mac's people moan about baskets but you can stash loads in and above the basket behind seat. i get three childrens and mine and terry's swimming gear all in quest!

maxybrown · 04/07/2009 12:42

Yeah I love the height behind the Mac seat Get the kidston Mac instead! I like that

Disenchanted3 · 04/07/2009 12:44

not sure what you mean about backrest on matress nic?

I agree about maclarens, basket a bit hard to acess but can sqeeze alot in plus good hanging space on handles and pocket on back.

nicolamumof3 · 04/07/2009 12:49

some of them have a bit that pulls up out of mattress or rather board on base to form a backrest?

i was put of kidston mac maxy everyone thought it was girly to have red spots

FlyMeToDunoon · 04/07/2009 13:09

That's one thing about Infinity that is annoying- storage. The basket is a bit crap imo. Sure it could be a lot better too if it was attached differently. Could be deeper.
There are pockets on the hood but not so good when DCs are facing you.

FlyMeToDunoon · 04/07/2009 13:11

Nicola do they do swimming lessons on a Saturday morning at Tonbridge pool?

Disenchanted3 · 04/07/2009 13:13

No Nic, not on this one unfortunatly. Would have been fab though.

Id love a kath kidston Mac, too expensive though.

I love red with white spots its honestly my all time fave pattern!

FlyMeToDunoon · 04/07/2009 13:14

Nicola i just rang them so have found out.

maxybrown · 04/07/2009 13:17

Nicola I think it's ok. i would have it for DS

sweetkitty · 04/07/2009 13:49

Dis - Aurora looks so lovely and comfy in the carrycot

Claret - that is so funny sending DP to pick up another pushchair

Nicola - I'm sorry I have to agree the red spots are a wee bit girly, I think they should do it in a lime green or an azure blue colour too would be fab

claret1980 · 04/07/2009 15:09

I know, I haven't actually told hinm what he is picking up yet. I'm sure he will come round once it is here. Then I'm def not having anymore pushchairs! Famous last words!
The Ziko finishes on Monday night and there are 22 watchers with 1 bid of £20.

I'm really happy with my Pulse. It is so easy to push. Dh seems to like it as well.

nicolamumof3 · 04/07/2009 15:58

i still can't decide what i want what to get, i do think i need a second pushchair but something small lightweight compact fold v.upright seat. still dithering over BJCM...only six left too atm.

maxybrown · 04/07/2009 16:07

The seat is DEF not upright enough IMO. It reminded me of zia (only seat wise in the recline!!!) DS would not like it I don't think. Bet if you put Tate in he'd be ok as older.....if that makes sense?

nicolamumof3 · 04/07/2009 16:21

yes it does. i don't think im getting it. would only be getting it as a 'bargain' but only a bargain if you like/need it eh?

i do fancy the humbug fizz but it felt flimsy in john lewis. i might get a yellow volo or pea green one.

pebbles79 · 04/07/2009 16:21

Please excuse the mess of DD, we're having a lazy day . BJCM in it's most upright position.

nicolamumof3 · 04/07/2009 16:27

ok its v.upright then i concede to that!!

pebbles79 · 04/07/2009 16:29

I think you should just get one . Feels a bit like the Luna to push.

nicolamumof3 · 04/07/2009 16:31

i think im waiting for them to sell out so the decisions out my hands. its just not 'pretty enough' for me. i love my quest.

maxybrown · 04/07/2009 18:00

Pebbles I have to say yours is def more upright than that one in JL. I honestly could NOT get it to go completely upright. Even DH (like he cares?!) commented on that. Wonder why that was?
