hi all

ive spent a lovely day in the hospital with my friend luckly she is fine (query broken ankle).

jenni thats awful cant believe someone would do that

can i ask some advise guys. My friend has a p&t sport with doubles seat, raincover and cacoon but it has a bad rip in the handle bar she is going to advertise it for £225 do you think this is a fair price?

nicolamumof3 · 24/04/2009 20:27

yes that sounds about right, she could repair or replace the handle and maybe get a bit more, best check completed ebay listings.

HELP needed ladies ...
Right soon I will have,

Bee & double MB (hopefully some bugger will buy techno)

Now, i will have DS1 (walker, 4.5 - never in a buggy so ignore him, lol)

DS2 2.10 and DD 4 months.

Do I need another stroller??

Or should I just use MB whenever i go out with all kids.

In all truthfulness DH is with me 99 % of the time Im out with them anywas so i usually push DD in bee, he pushes DS in whatever other stroller i have at the time

I think i only want another stroller so I can take DD out in bee, which i love (if we only had 1 single MB would have to be used so bee wouldn't get as much air )

WDYT?

I won the britax but not sure If i want (and its on DHs account so not really bothered about unpaid strike, lol)

so?

how is he on a buggyboard dis? Tate is a star on board, he's been in pushchair only once now in a week he will stand on it even when really tired. i totally get where you are coming from about the bee of course you want to use it all the time.

was just v.tempted by your reduced price on techno! but got lady picking my bnib one up from smyths tomorrow.

got quest listed on ebay now!

Disenchanted3 · 24/04/2009 21:52

Never tried him on one Nic.

don't really want to spend £35 to find out he hates it. Hes a trouble maker, don't think he would stay on it.

OP posts:
pebbles79 · 24/04/2009 21:58

If you buy a used one you'll easily make your money back if you want to try it.

I'd get another stroller but not something fancy. I had a Chicco Xplorer for DS2 when we needed a buggy for him, cheap and cheerful (£40 from Argos) and it did the job! Oh, and I always made DH push him anyway

Disenchanted3 · 24/04/2009 21:58

you shouldve nic, 109 at symths, plus couuier £120
for £35 more brand new xt footmuff and nicer com pack.

Disenchanted3 · 24/04/2009 21:59

the britax i won was only 35 quid , hmmm

nicolamumof3 · 24/04/2009 22:04

but you know im so fussy i like it all new i like unwrapping it from the plastic and sorry i don't like the damask unfortunately. got a candy stripe on the way too!!

i would try him on one dis if you can. Tate hated buggy board a year ago it was an expensive mistake. but they have fab resale value. i got a bnib from a lovely mnetter one of the best things i've had. really good buy. much easier than two seperate pushchairs and much cheaper than buyer a double which i was also considering. i'd still have a maclaren tho as i like the combo of three wheeler offroad and mac for public transport (plus i like spare buggy!) which i could always use for tate if need be.

coolkat · 24/04/2009 22:20

Dis

Are you still selling your Mac?
I was getting a Chicco multiway but its gone bums up?

So DH has agreed to another Pram but that one was not as much, but today he has been vile so I can perhaps push my luck tomorrow.
Let me know, if its gone then my loss

Disenchanted3 · 24/04/2009 22:24

yes iam, 99 plus p&p

FlyMeToDunoon · 25/04/2009 09:49

Ok Nicola when you get back I am interested in the purple? flatties with the green ribbon on, if they are a 6.
The pink heels would be good for the wedding I am going to in Italy [feel the need to look stylish] but I don't manage heels well.
And I have to say that the crocodile effect sling backs are quite the most peculiar things I have ever seen!

Disenchanted3 · 25/04/2009 11:28
