Actually loks in v. good condition- I may keep it.

mumofdjandbabies · 06/03/2009 13:37

and nicola can you link me to an o baby, I love to learn ha ha

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 13:42

i was just thinking the same pebbles but i did only have one in Feb, i need another to buy a mb!

pebbles79 · 06/03/2009 13:42

mumofdj here are some real pics of the one I sold a few weeks ago. Fold just like the Zapp/Zia although much easier to fold than the Zapp by the sounds of things. Only thing is that it doesn't come with a raincover (well it didn't when I bought it), but any 3 wheeler universal one would fit. Would probably work out at around £125 delivered I would think. I'm sure I got mine within about 4 days.

pebbles79 · 06/03/2009 13:43

Oh sorry, forgot to say that it full reclines too.

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 13:45

krissy here

theres a vintage rose if you want a girly one for dd on for sale board!

i was really impressed with obaby def a competitor for maclaren (says the lady who is huge maclaren fan and doesn't 'do' cheap buggies!)

Sawyer64 · 06/03/2009 14:24

Thanks Nicola,and Flyme

Think I might stick with the Maclaren then,so thanks anyway for the offer of the Hood Carrielou.

I may come back to you if I change my mind, but let FlyMe have first dibs, incase I don't.

FlyMeToDunoon · 06/03/2009 15:07

Volo arrived and is just what I needed.

mumofdjandbabies · 06/03/2009 15:36

ooh thanks!

pebbles that looks lush was it lush in rl?

sweetkitty · 06/03/2009 15:54

Was just thinking that looked lovely peebles.

Wish I was around when you sold it

Oh I don't know what to do now, I thought I had my heart set on a Petit Star Zia but have went off them now.

Can I ask you ladies about advice for selling the P&T I have never sold something so bulky before, wheres the best place, MN or ebay? and what about postage? I think I will be sad to see it go though I wanted one for ages but I guess I am just not using it as a double anymore.

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 16:15

i sold my p&t camo blue through local ads it was in really good nick, with cocoon, sleeping bag and raincover got £300 for it.

they go on ebay easily but don't think you'd get so much?

do you still have original box to send it?

sweetkitty · 06/03/2009 16:18

It is only 7 months old, have double seat, cocoon and raincover, has a few scraps on the frame where I have banged it getting it in and out of the car. Maybe used about once a week and about 5 times as a double.

Yes have all original boxes.

So you think it's better to try local paper first before ebay, I suppose it would cut out all the P&P and fees?

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 16:25

i just responded to a wanted ad on netmums so was lucky really, i never got to the stage of having to advertise myself.

sweetkitty · 06/03/2009 16:29

That was really lucky would be delighted with £300 myself

Am now deciding what to buy

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 16:30

yes it was lucky! im saving mine for a mb! but then dipped into it a bit for lunamix! so got to sell xlr now to make it back up! and probably my zapp too.

just took luna out on school run with tate in so light and lovely push.

sweetkitty · 06/03/2009 17:20

Wow a true pushchair addict - love it

Can't decide what to get now, is it boring to get another Maclaren, quite fancy trying something else but what???

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 17:34

i love maclarens but the new 09 ones are £££ depends what you want pushchair for? do you do alot of walking or in/out car alot? whats your budget? do you want both children to be able to use it etc?

my dp suggested that if i sell my xlr and zapp we will just be left with the luna mix and that will just be our only pushchair. i would actually love to have just one pushchairs.

sweetkitty · 06/03/2009 17:58

Definitely more in and out of car rather than walking a lot, tends to be drive somewhere lug pram out and walk. Would be for a little 7 month old (I know will turn into a hulking great toddler) I could just use my old Maclaren but where's the fun in that.

Am off the Zapp as no shopping basket (I know Maclaren and Zia's are tiny) and no recline.

Buget not really sure don't want to spend ££££s unless I really really like it IYSWIM

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 18:10

the luna's are quite funky then? i love my mix one, but the normal ones are lovely too and come up cheap on ebay. i love the new quest designs but £140?! i think thats alot for a quest. although they can be found cheaper.

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2009 22:07

can no one get into the shed apart from me??

hellooooooo?

BexieID · 06/03/2009 22:09
