MrsM I am waiting for a refund from the P&T lady (it was issued on the 14th) I was told yesterday it would be in my PP until at least Monday bloody stupid but its like a bank transfer two ways if that makes sense so a bank transfer would usually take 3 days so double it and take away the weekend! thats how the guy explained it to me when I said why so long

Maclaren PP sent me an email stating refund would be in my acc in 3-4 working days which is why I'm querying it, even an IPS dosn't take 9 working days!!

No I know it is bloody stupid i wasnt even told why I didnt have my refund it just shows as pending on my paypal account so I rang and asked why it was pending and thats what they told me

i would get back on to them and make a fuss and say you had email stating 3-4working days and this is unacceptable and you want your money now lol seriously that is ridiculous
