THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU START HAVING ERASABLE PENS.

Is there a stationery social media platform - they must have been talking - I mean where would my pencil have got the idea that it's in the wrong case? It's got wood dysphoria

PENISonthetable · 04/05/2018 15:32

well my lady thread got pulled be cause it was goady...... why cant feminist cope with ladies...sighs....

OP posts:
ScarletBegonias · 04/05/2018 15:42

I was reading the 'lady thread' a few minutes ago with great enjoyment and my screen suddenly went blank. I tried to go back to it but it was gone!

And now I find myself in a cupboard. There seems to be no end to these excitements today.

womanformallyknownaswoman · 04/05/2018 15:43

Was it me??? ;)

Do I have to go back into my girly box - pink, smiling, and silent...

womanformallyknownaswoman · 04/05/2018 15:45

I don't know what was wrong with the Lady thread - it was fun - how was it goady??

The modding is getting so TRansPC

gamerchick · 04/05/2018 15:49

Mumsnet has a stationery section?!

Grin
womanformallyknownaswoman · 04/05/2018 15:54

Mumsnet has a stationery section?!

A cupboard please, not a common section - with proper shelves and doors and all.

With a very special part of the cupboard for naughty FWR threads

BesmirchingMotherhood · 04/05/2018 16:07

stationary regulars (intentional) will be unimpressed to hear their cupboard mis-cupboarded as a gulag!

Have you looked at the rest of the board? We could have been exiled to Olympics 2012 for all the traffic 😂

Mossandclover · 04/05/2018 16:25

I have decided I quite like it here. And there are coffee cups, a kettle, little sachets of coffee, tea, milk and sugar, and packets of biscuits on the bottom shelf.

womanformallyknownaswoman · 04/05/2018 16:41

I like it here too as I have this delusion no-one is watching or listening.

Any real coffee?

Show us your nibs!

womanformallyknownaswoman · 04/05/2018 16:42

I like thick ones - nibs that is, will make do with medium if have to. Fine - no way!

BeyondParody · 04/05/2018 16:51

I wonder how long it would take to get a post deleted here...?

So as not to be goady on this particular subject, I'm just gonna type...

...

...you ready...?

...

Mitmoo.

Mossandclover · 04/05/2018 16:54

Real coffee? Are you suggestion sachets of instant are not real coffee and only an imitation of the real thing?

Mossandclover · 04/05/2018 16:58

The tea is in teabags with a little tag and much is better at being tea than loose leaf.

womanformallyknownaswoman · 04/05/2018 17:01

Oh well if it's all dolled up in a little cute bag it's bound to better than the real thing

BesmirchingMotherhood · 04/05/2018 17:02

Maybe it’s the Channel 4 stationery cupboard.

womanformallyknownaswoman · 04/05/2018 17:22

Is Caitlyn Jenner Queen in the Channel 4 Stationery Cupboard?

Scabbersley · 04/05/2018 17:26

Can I come in?

Mossandclover · 04/05/2018 17:30

Hi Scabbersley pull up a few reams of paper or an upside down waste bin. We are plotting (ground some graph paper)

Waddlelikeapenguin · 04/05/2018 17:32

Once again FWR educates me
Mumsnet has a stationery section?! Shock

Well played MNHQ

Scabbersley · 04/05/2018 17:33

Can I move the paperclips? Actually they are quite dusty.

ErrolTheDragon · 04/05/2018 19:05

I just found this from a comment in the pub... ah, well, I gather that all sorts of things happen in stationary cupboards so maybe this is a good board for a bit of subversion.Grin

I guess the lesson is to post on, or watch, any interesting FWR thread asap in case it gets relocated.

WomaninGreen · 04/05/2018 20:04

The erasable pens mentioned are good for crosswords.

That may be the most unintentionally brilliant statement.

IAmSproutycus · 04/05/2018 20:18

I love how many colours of pen I have in my pencil case. Many colours. All beautiful. My colleague is more of a pencil guy. He collects lots of colours too. His are really beautiful also, but I'm not a pencil kind of girl.

BeyondParody · 05/05/2018 08:48

At risk of being somewhat of a cliché, Errol - I can vouch for that! Wink
