thought that looked cheap if anyone is looking for a zapp

can you do a link? The ones I'm looking at are £120. and £149

thanks

fryalot · 19/04/2007 11:32

No forget that - when you click on it, it does say that it is reduced to £75.

mustrunmore · 19/04/2007 11:39

here it is

I'm so tempted, but I just dont need it, given that ds2 will onlt need a buggy for another 1.5 yrs tops, and have the p&t and the jive

DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:39

they are £75, just tried to get one. Are they really worth it? (if you don't really need one that is . Do they fold up really small?

DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:40

i'm tempted too. I have 2 pushchairs already though. well, one stroller and one proper pushchair but seems tempting for hols etc

katzg · 19/04/2007 11:42

i love my zapp - its quite small when folded and was so useful when travelling on the train because it was in its bag on my back when changing trains.

fryalot · 19/04/2007 11:45

I'm exactly the same as mustrunmore - I don't need one.... ds is 19 months, and probably won't need a pushchair for that much longer..... but I WANT ONE

anyone know how long they will be this price for?

DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:45

I think i'm going to get one, shouldn't really, dd is 2 now but.........

PhoenixGirl · 19/04/2007 11:47

MRM - Step away from the Zapp

fryalot · 19/04/2007 11:47

but.... if you look at ebay, they're actually going for more than that used, so I could really justify buying one as an investment

JARM · 19/04/2007 11:49

but its ORANGE!

If it was in black or navy, then YES, but ORANGE?!

fryalot · 19/04/2007 11:50

no... orange is ok. It's not like it's the hot pink one

DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:51

think of the boots points too. I've not confirmed my order yet, still thinking!

ViscountessPetitLapin · 19/04/2007 11:52

squonk I will thinking the same about eBay... but can I be arsed?

mosschops30 · 19/04/2007 11:53

I want one too. ds is 2.3 now but would fit in boot of my mini, and we will definately have another baby at some point.

Could I justify using ds's savings to pay for it, all that money grandparents give 'to get a little something' I mean what is a 2yr old gonna do with £300 in his bank

oh the shame but its too good to miss

fryalot · 19/04/2007 11:54

The thing is.... I bought an estate car and justified it to dp because I need a big boot to fit the pushchair and everything in.

How do I now justify needing a pushchair that folds up really really small?

I need one of you to give me the excuses I need to buy it

Joanna9 · 19/04/2007 11:55

my ds was in a zapp until 3 1/2 - the best thing about it was how much lighter she felt to push than in the maclaren she use to have - she has always been on the heavy side!

OP posts:
DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:55

they dont recline though, do they? dd will sleep in her stroller sometimes, will she sleep in the quinny?

ViscountessPetitLapin · 19/04/2007 11:56

oh squonk I did the same, and we've got a Land Rover!

(and a Zapp )

DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:57

will she sleep in it, can anyone tell me

Joanna9 · 19/04/2007 11:57

my ds never slept in hers though I'm sure for older tots it is angled so that they wouldn't fall fowards when alseep

OP posts:
ViscountessPetitLapin · 19/04/2007 11:57

DelGirl, mine sleeps in his Zapp all the time.

The only downside is they are crap for shopping; no basket and they tip really easily if you hang stuff on the back, because they are so light

DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:58

so you reckon she might then . Oh what the hell, it was dds birthday this week, call it a present lol

DelGirl · 19/04/2007 11:59

true, but then my stroller is too!

fryalot · 19/04/2007 11:59

oooh - a birthday present
