How many pairs of knickers do you own?

This is actually in the context of, how many pairs of knickers do you reckon a 2.5-3.5yo girl needs? If anyone wants to answer that question, too.

So I just did a count, and I reckon I have about 20 pairs of knix for me, but presumably I don't need that many for DD?

5 and 7? How come I have so many more???
Actually, I do try to get them in pajamas, nowadays, but last night both DS and DD wanted to wear flowery dresses to bed, instead.

I think I'm the same as you Beetroot, have a large stacker box full of standard M&S variety, and a drawer full of fancy ones that my husband keeps adding too in the hope that one day I will open it.

I just don't seem to get round to throwing any away - so they end up slipping to the bottom of the box if they look greyer than the rest after years of washing

My pants keep disappearing! I would put good money on DP not being a cross-dresser, honestly.

About 14, all black M&S cotton thongs. Have some nice lacy sets as well that have been relegated due to growing bump and don't fit.

Have about 70 pairs for me - selection of low cut ones for under hipsters, thongs, briefs and period knickers (thats hoping I am gonna have a period soon!!)

DD has about 25 pairs - although did try and put some on her the other day and thought they were a bit tight - that woudl have been on account of them being for a 1.5 year old and she is 3.5!! Bad Mums Club here I come.

Oh and then I let here dress herself and she spent the whole day complaining of belly ache - when I got her bathed I realised this was cause her waist was through a leg hole!!

My 3 year old has about 15 pairs of knickers, but she only likes 2 (the Odette-Barbie ones). Yuk! I have about 10 thongs, 3 pairs of big (period) knickers and 3 sloggi-type things. As an aside, I don't have any bras that fit me comfortably. Must go and get measured and fitted asap!

I think I have about 40 pairs. Saggy old greying tummy coverers for period days, black cotton M&S ones for every day (I too am a matching bra and pants girl), a few brightly coloured ones, and about five thongs (plain cotton though). Have one pair of sexy knicks - don't wear 'em, they get stuck up me bum.

Do not have any that say days of the week, "tart" "babe" "sexy", or thongs with diamante butterflies that you can see over the top of your hipster jeans. Bum jewellery, yeuck - I am getting old

Oh, original question zebra, no dd, but ds1 has about 12 pairs plain white M&S pants.
