Had some Boots points to spend and had read about some new Estee Lauder anti ageing products, so got them with my points.
I bought Estee Lauder's "Perfectionist" correcting duo for face and lips. There's a face serum and then a cream for the lips.
I haven't used the serum yet, but had a go with the lip cream - OMG - there's a particular "line" I've had at the side of my mouth for ages (it was the first line I ever got )- it disappeared within a few minutes of application - I kid you not.
It's £30 for this set (I used points I had saved).
I am stunned by the results.
I don't know if you can ask for a sample before buying, or at least try the lips cream and serum at the counter.

so try the face one and tell us...

Honest - I keep peering at my face to see where this line has gone!

I used some loreal anti aging cream last year and was supprised in the morning when all my face was puffy.... I had no wrinkles though.

When I read about it, it's all to do with poly collagen peptides and something called hyaluronic acid - this is being used in clinics now as it's better than botox.

I am usually sceptical about all this stuff - have bought lots of things that improve skin texture etc, but nothing that has this effect on lines.

are you sure you didnt just get it in your eyes by accident and its blurred your vision?

I love Boots points and have made a note of said wonder cream to try when I next do a cash-in

I've got some points to spend as well. I wasn't planning to be more adventurous than the purchase of a new lippie, but you might have convinced me.

ok, serum good too - hasn't made all lines on face disappear , but can see significant improvement in fine lines between brows (some gone) and those around eyes.

I expect it wears off, but used over time and regularly will make quite a difference.

ok, update, after a few hours (say 3 or 4), the line by my mouth has reappeared, though certainly less deep, so I'm thinking with regular use, this stuff is the biz.

nb: the bottle of serum isn't v big, so anyone who buys it, be sparing. There is a bigger bottle available (not sure how much). I think this is a fairly new product, so EL has produced this introductory set.

I will be using it religiously morning and night as directed.

Apparently Lancome do a cream that also contains this hyaluronic acid, but its much more £££££.

Rude to ask how old you are I suppose?
I only ask because I might be too old and wrinkly already for it to work.

I am just the wrong side of 50 but in pretty good nick (or so I like to think anway) so might give it a go.

Just looked on boots.com and there are lots of free points with Estee Lauder stuff, which is nice, I can see the Perfectionist stuff but not the duo pack. Think I'll try boots shop tomorrow.
