Is anyone else having probs with their sky+ ? Ours won't pause and is iffy on rewinding, quite often it 'forgets' to record stuff. We've phoned sky and they told us it was a 'known problem', no 'Yes Mrs X, I'll send an engineer out asap' or 'Thank you Mrs X. Sorry, you're having probs with the service. Let me waiver the ludicrous amount we charge you each month for a service you can't use, until we can be bothered to get off our arses and sort it out'.
