Innie or an outie?

I recently learned that only 44% of women have an ‘innie’ where the ‘lips’ aren’t on show. I have an ‘outie’ much like these illustrations and I grew up hating my down below and was really self conscious about it, I am to this day and I’ve been sexually active for years. When growing up all you see are perfect vaginas like ‘innie’ vaginas from porn, etc.

I’m curious, which do you have?

I think porn gives the impression that a lot of women have ‘innies’ when it’s just not true, porn stars may have innies naturally but I expect there are some which have their labias trimmed, similar to having their breasts surgically enhanced.

Having said that, myn is mostly an ‘innie’ not as much as photo 1 illustrates, my labia is still visible but doesn’t hang down. I wouldn’t worry about what your lady parts look like, there is no normal, they’re all different and unique.

I have an "innie". I never really thought about it until my bf and now DH commented as a compliment how much he liked how i was. It surprised me as mine is petite and I would describe very much like a neat "slit", no lips showing, with a little of my clit good visible.

I would have thought men being visual creatures would prefer an outie?

I am a man, and as Wintersnuggles10 has said most men are visual when it comes to being turned on. I certainly am and if given a choice, I'd prefer an outie, with the largest labia possible.

That being the case, my partner of nearly 20 years has an innie with nothing in the way of visible labia and I love her to bits while still finding every inch of her attractive.

I think from this we might conclude that while we might have preferences, we are having with whatever you have. It doesn't matter about the size of your labia, boobs, etc., or whether you are hirsute/shaved/waxed. What does matter is the person who possesses those sexual parts. We always love women who are body confident.

I have an innie, although my labia minora are darker and more prominent since I became a mother.

Please don't be self-conscious OP: it's so needless and such a waste of pleasure you could otherwise be taking in yourself! And I assure you, most men don't care a great deal either way.

Doesn't matter whether innie or outie really. I'm usually shaved or waxed and my innie shows through a little in a bikini or swimsuit. I was a little conscious for when laying around a pool on holiday and considered growing my bush back...but DH didn't fancy that one. Let face it someone has to be really staring and you stood still and everyone knows what's there.

Same as you OP, an outtie here and same mindset too. When I was a teen I actually thought something was wrong with it and I put off letting anyone near it, ended up losing my virginity about 4 years after I naturally would have because of being so conscious. And even then I wouldn't have the lights on ever in the hope he wouldn't notice!

It's only since been mid-20s and on and being with my current partner that I've realised it's completely normal and I never needed to worry.

To those worried about having a prominent labia, if you read the responses on here, there is a high preference for a larger labia, so be blessed.

As a PP said I have only one side that pokes out a bit. Used to really not like it and tuck it away! DH could not care less and says he likes it.
I think people that have innies are sometimes unaware of how others look, I had a friend confess how deeply traumatised she is as post birth she's now got a bit that sticks out, she's been to the doctor multiple times about it I think. I was pretty embarrassed and didn't tell her that's how I look naturally!
