The thing is though Dung. I don't think it'd anything heroic in having multiple partners. I don't think oh I've slept with more than 150 men. I must be fucking irresistible. I think oh well thatsd another one that didn't stick around or want to see me again. The posters I take my hat off to are the ones who have only had one partner, as it shows a strong relationship. Im not saying those who relationships that fsil should be ashamed. It's what life has in Store for us isn't it.

About 15. I think.

when I was single (till I was 27) I went out and met people had a great time, didnt feel like I was holding back yet my number is 8.
from age 19-27.

But I doubt that the people who have had many sexual partners went into each one hoping for a relationship. It's perfectly possible to enjoy sex for what it can be - a no strings attached encounter which is fun for both parties involved. As long as you're all on the same page (and using appropriate contraception), there's no harm in it, surely?

I think it's very much down to each person's self knowledge as much as anything else - some people will be comfortable with it, some won't. Some people were comfortable with it and met their husband and that's fine. Others aren't comfortable with it and met their partners and that's also fine. Likewise people who are single. The problems arise when people feel like they need to pretend to be someone else for society, or their friends, or even the person they fancy.

Around 10. I'm late 20s.

About 20 something in a space of about 7 years. Now happily married and glad there will be no more. Wish I met him years ago.

30ish. Was single through most of my twenties and enjoyed a lot of casual sex - FBs, online dating and sometimes parties (so sometimes several people on the same night). Wasn't interested in a LTR at the time, I'm glad I had that experience and I met a lot of interesting people! Met DH in my late 20s and don't expect to have any more.

I think we're in agreement. I had plenty of partners at Uni, met stbxh at 20, so had no other partners for 18 years. And now have had plenty again.

I like sex, I'm not afraid to treat it as something I'm entitled to at any moment I fancy. I play safe and I'm very choosy about the men I sleep with.
I suppose I am attractive, not that stbxh made me feel like it and certainly less when he had an affair and left. It's not difficult to have sex living in London, there's plenty to be had. I just don't find the men measure up in terms of relationship material.

I've had sex with 6 men in 2.2 years. Better sex than my stbxh mainly as well.
