Glaswegian 40-45 yr olds - have you had your blue letter yet?

I'm 42, OH is 43, both fit and healthy. Non-HCPs, no underlying conditions or caring responsibilities. Surnames both at the latter end of the alphabet.

Has anybody similar to us had theirs yet? I don't want to bother my GP, but I'm thinking we can't be far off now?

GP wouldn't be able to help anyway

I haven't heard a thing, although I'm in Edinburgh. But none of my school pals the same age as me scattered through the country have heard anything either. We're 44, 45.

I am Glasgow 47 not heard a thing but my brother nearly 50 got his this week

My brother is 51 and got his a few weeks ago (he's in Glasgow)

I'm waiting for my 2nd appt in Glasgow. I'm 50.

My husband and I are both 42 and nothing yet. My sil who is 49 had hers last week. Hoping we get our letters in the next couple of weeks

47, NHS Highland - heard nothing.

After posting yesterday about having no news I got my letter this morning to go on Monday. I'm 44. No-one else I know of my age has had theirs. I'm at the end of the alphabet too, both first and last name, so who knows why I was first

Lothians here and 44, haven't had my letter but just rang the helpline and my appointment is in the system for a couple of weeks time.

I'm getting my second vaccine on Friday. I'm 58 and in the Lothians.

The folk I know late 50s in Lothian only got 1st jab 5 or 6 weeks ago

Friend who still lives in the same area she grew up in had hers a months ago (age 51). She was expecting that she might see folk from her school who also still live in the area but it was neighbours she saw, I saw a few neighbours when I went for mine too. I suspect that letter of the alphabet etc is less important than maybe postcode or doctors surgery?

44 and got my letter today. My appt is on Monday.

I've heard a few people say their half their street was there when they went @RedactedTaeFeck so that seems to be a theme. Although some couples who are similar age have been sent to the same appointment and others have gone days apart.

I'm Edinburgh but have noticed it's mainly by postcodes. Quite a few of my street were there when I got mine. Dh met most of our older neighbours at his.

I’m 47 but had mine in Feb, as I am in group 6. Waiting for my next letter now. Have heard of quite a lot of 45 - 50 in Greater Glasgow and Clyde getting first doses in last week or so.

update - have had a call this afternoon and am now going Saturday!

I'm 40 and got my text 2 weeks ago in Sth Ayrshire.

I’m 40, my husband is 42 and we got our blue envelopes yesterday. Appts are on the 11th and we’re in Moray.

Got my appointment today for next week so did my hubbie we are 40/41 in forth valley
