I knew that already, before the announcements they're posting today. It has to be a big name, but I honestly can't see salmond returning. Why would he?

Murray has already been floated but is now in an interesting position due to conviction; I think (legal eagles correct me if I am wrong here) that he'd be banned from standing if he had a sentence of more than a year. But of course, he hasn't been sentenced...

Thoughts on Lady Dorrians ruling on C Murray? Obviously she is correct but do wonder how unbiased you can be when you already know the “complainers” names . Easy then to complete the jigsaw but have to say I don’t know who they are . Can understand why they wish to remain anonymous having been dismissed with no case to answer . They’ve done women a disservice.

I commented on this last night - I went back to the articles and they do enable ID fairly easy including of some I hadn't known.

I did wonder if I was biased myself but I did check things out and I am fairly confident that I'm not. He said far too much
