Yup i am challenging the comments casual sneering about the public
Terms like The loyal servants, the problematic public, those who all apparently cannot truly see the snp for what they are
Genuinely I think some of you are totally in your insular bubble with likeminded folk, rattle tattling on line, casting aspersions and seeing dark conspiracy all over the place
Meanwhile folk are worried about covid, education, health, their kids
And snp are likely to get majority of seats
Actually I'd say my "bubble" is pretty mixed, and I'm normally the last of the conspiracy theorists.
I have issues with the SNP because I care about covid, education, health and my kids. Education right now, for example, is awful IMO.
But actually I think every political party has a subset of voters who are loyal and will vote for them regardless. They rely on that - and in Labour's case got a rude shock when some of them didn't! My father in law, for example, would never vote for anyone to the left of the Tories. Under any circumstances. He did consider voting UKIP at one point but decided it would be a wasted vote.
