I think purely from a public cost audit POV, the decisions made at key points in this process, which then led to the extraordinary outcome & excessive costs, should be noted & kept on record. I work in a private company, and it's just not feasible at all, under any circumstances, to make a decision on a litigated case & not have it recorded. It's just so alien to me I genuinely struggle to get the 🤷🏻♀️ response by Scotgov on this. Like "oops, sorry!" And we all move on? 🤨
