and if you have been how did you feel during there argument at the end of the show?

for those who have no clue what i am talking about you can see it on catch up on demand (skip to the last 10 mins if you cant handle the whole show)

dh is going through anger managment at the moment for issues that he has and i could not believe how much watching this show affected me.

it was just so close to what i have been through in the past that i ended up actually shaking and feeling sick.

basically they were messing around being a bit cheeky to each other then he totally went of on one calling her all the names under the sun and doing the whole 'dont you dare talk to me like that' thing. it was the way in which he turned that really got me.

i suppose other people may see it from the other side that she was out of order and he was just sticking up for himself but it really touched a nerve in me.

I saw it and I agree with you. It was horrible.

Tidey · 09/05/2009 11:41

At the start of the argument they were both as bad as each other, both said rather nasty things. I agree though, he took it much further and by the end I found it uncomfortable viewing.

I saw this and was astounded by Peter. The trigger seemed to be when Kate said that she earned or brought the money in, he just flipped after that but it was the way he kept saying to her, when you see this played back you will see what you are like, or words to that effect. Am surprised it was aired tbh.

tiredemma · 09/05/2009 11:49

I have always thought that Peter Andre was a prick.

tibradden · 09/05/2009 11:50

God yes thought it was awful.

Actually before this thought he was great putting up with her at times but after this?????

I saw it as her being pleasant to the idiot sales person and him making rude comments over her shoulder. She called him a knob.
he got angry said some things about how no one knew her, she then made personal comments to him which he couldnt handle and then he made out it was her fault for starting it.

Made him look bad and her for the first time on this series a bit uneasy and unsure. As she said i wonder what goes on behind closed doors.

MrsMattie · 09/05/2009 11:54

I didn't see it, no. But I think she has major issues, too. So very insecure and paranoid, and so rude to him constantly.

Peter Andre has always come across as a twat, to me, though...

sugarpear · 09/05/2009 11:58

didnt see this how do you watch it on demand?

shavenhaven · 09/05/2009 12:07

mrsmattie i would have agreed with you up until i watched this episode.

she may be a pain in the arse but this (to me) was all out his issues.

sugarpear do you have sky or virgin?

i have virgin and i click on the menu button then istead of tv guide i click on on demand (right under it) and it gives you a list of programs that you can select by date.

the show was on thurs night.

no it doesnt can i watch it online somehow? i saw a tiny bit advertised and from what i saw he was having a real go at her

lilacclaire · 09/05/2009 12:16

I seen it and was shocked, he was totally out of order and I don't think it would have mattered what she said/did, he was spoiling for a fight.

PieceNharmoknee · 09/05/2009 12:17

Did you see the episode where he was confratulting his three year old son for 'pulling' a waitress. I found it really uncomftable to watch

PieceNharmoknee · 09/05/2009 12:18

*congratulating >

threestars · 09/05/2009 12:22

Yes it was horrible. he just seemed jealous of the sales assistant and incredibly rude. I'd thought PA was quite pleasant but dim before, but this was cringeworthy. The sales assistant should have just thrown them all out.

yappybluedog · 09/05/2009 12:28

I saw it and I have completely changed my opinion of him, not that I had much of one, but I had alot of symphathy for him

The look on KP's face when he was saying all those things, it reminded me of the look my mother had when spoken to by her abusive partner

It was amazing that they left it in the programme, imagine what they are like in private (if that ever happens )

IDidntRaiseAThief · 09/05/2009 12:30

havent seen it but tbh, I always got the feeling she baits him, and prods, and then gets pissed off when he tries to reconcille.

She may well be being emotionally bullied by him, I don't know, but the pair of them seems really childish.

shavenhaven · 09/05/2009 12:31

try here remember it is only the last few minutes of the show.

should be here

DSM · 09/05/2009 12:57

I watched it.

Emotionally abusive? FFS, its two people having an argument. He is no more abusive to her than she is to him.

Biscuits4Cheese · 09/05/2009 13:02

Say this and was really unnerved by him. He was annoyed with salesman, early on PA said to him 'you didn't seem excited to see us' then was taking the p out me him while KP was having a chat and she told him he was being rude and to stop, PA then shouted 'i dont give a flying fuck' then asked the lad if he had recognised KP, he hadn't. Kp then said along lines of ' why are you doing this/ being like this? And he was all triumphant saying that she couldn't handle not being recognised, as if that's why she

Biscuits4Cheese · 09/05/2009 13:12

...was annoyed with him. That's when she said 'who earns the money pete'? And he went crazy saying she was psychotic, mentally unstable, she wouldn't get away with talking to him like that in front of people etc. I've never liked her and thought he was a silly little boy but the way he went at her was so manipulative and designed to wind her up then make her look like she instigated it. Was very uncomfortable viewing. She can be a bitch to him but this was a different level. (Sorry for split post, on mobile

junglist1 · 09/05/2009 13:20

The language he used was abusive, I have to put up with this ranting shit a lot from my P. TBH, PA here comes across as being on something, he looks wierd from the beginning before it all kicked off. Normallt these 2 banter a lot, but theres a difference between that and the way he just turned. It was like flicking a switch and I could feel the mood. She didn't seem shocked either.
