Hi i been watching a streamer for about 6 months got to know everyone in his lives etc all his gifters and new gifters i also gift occasionally. He's set up a group meet for everyone. He assumed i couldn't make it due to living 3 and half hours away but also didn't invite me. Just said shame i couldn't go but i wasn't outright asked. Is this a excuse that he didn't want me going. However none of us live bu each other where all dotted around the UK. I found it weird that i wasn't asked even if i were to say i couldn't go.

So basically my apartment is on top of a business so the entrance for me and the lady in the workshop underneath me we share this entry way its pretty ample space so there's no issue with the wheelie but her and the landlord said its a obstruction but i don't see how its not in any of are way. Only the workshop has axcess to the back entrance so for me the only way is to store it in that entrance way. He suggested i leave it in the apartment but i don't want black bags inside and the bags are now every 3 weeks

Also I've had to bolt my door because the landlord just walks in. He Walked in a few weeks ago and i had private stuff in the bathroom i hadn't had chance to put in a little bag to put in tje bin. Hes intimidating and i have no way of trying to go threw the actual landlord as the landlord has said he's now the managing agent, he's got builders wanting to check the damp in the room Monday which i have no problem with but i no he will be coming in also. Which i don't want he gives me terrible anxiety. I called 999 when he did it once and the operator had to stay on the phone to me well he did his inspection right up until he left he's awful intimidating and i have no way of going threw anyone else as landlord said he's the manager agent.

Even thr managing agent isn't allowed yo just walk into your home.
There are loads of posters on here that know the law. Something like Right to enjoy the home as if it were yours. They have to give you notice to enter. I hope you have raised this with your support worker.

Flowercandy · 25/01/2025 08:05

Yes i have told her he walked in not so long ago when i was in bed I hadn't agreed to the notice but he said because he gave 24 hours notice he was obliged to let himself in

I think you are best off starting a separate thread OP about those other issues as I don't think many people will see them here.

LIZS · 25/01/2025 08:33

You need advice from Shelter. He can access with formal notice but not as he chooses. If he is an agent complain to the ll that they are acting illegally.

Flowercandy · 25/01/2025 08:56

The only issue is its the landlords son and she sides with him

@Flowercandy sorry you are having this problem, it sounds very difficult. I agree with others that a new thread is a good idea, possibly "legal matters" (it's under "other stuff") and also with speaking to Shelter or the CAB.
