First time staying over at new guys house

What do you take with you ?!
It’s a long time since I’ve stayed at a guys place. So what would you take with you ? Do you take pyjamas ?
It will definitely involve sex - which is great. But what do you wear in the morning if you haven’t packed anything ?
Any tips appreciated !

I have no idea but wishing you a great time Grin

gannett · 27/12/2021 10:27

Well definitely pack a change of clothes! Something comfortable enough to lounge around the house in the next day, but also suitable for making your way home.

Pack whatever you would if you were staying overnight at a friend's house or hotel, plus condoms or whatever you want for the actual sex bit.

Maze76 · 27/12/2021 10:28

I think it depends on what look what you’re going for, cute, sexy, casual?.. sexy underwear .. a cute pJ set or a pretty sexy negligée. Thee are no rules, just go with what you want and have fun!

Flyinggeese1234 · 27/12/2021 10:30

I’d just pack as if for a night away anywhere. Have a good time.

I don’t get why ‘if you haven’t packed anything’, you will be packing stuff so just whatever you want to wear, dressing gown etc.

sweetbellyhigh · 27/12/2021 10:31

PJs to wear in the morning. I mean, you won't need them during the night!

Usual overnight stuff.

Sparkai · 27/12/2021 10:33

Is it an arranged stop over? Or do you just strongly suspect you will be?

The former, I'd just pack a small overnight bag like if I was going away for the night. PJs would be I there, just in case. You don't need to get them out.

In the early days of seeing my dp, where we would end up stopping over without any plans, I used to keep a pair of knickers, socks, deo stick and blusher & mascara in my handbag. And change my top just before going to his in the evening if needs be, so it was fresh enough to wear the day after.

Fidgety31 · 27/12/2021 10:34

Thanks for the suggestions
I’m just out of practice staying somewhere new.
Im also nervous of getting my body out full on naked as my tummy is so flabby I hate it .

I haven’t even thought about clothes for the morning ! Thanks

Trust me. He won’t care one but what your tummy looks like.

Hairyfriend · 27/12/2021 10:37

If its a pre-planned overnight stay, I'd take a very small, overnight bag. I wouldnt take anything large like I'm moving in for a week.

-toothbrush (you can use his paste)

  • maybe make up remover or just use soap there
  • some make up for the next day- just lipstick, mascara and maybe powder
  • PJ's and light dressing gown
  • new knickers/socks and different blouse for next day
  • condoms/lube
Palavah · 27/12/2021 10:40

I'm reeling at the idea of taking PJs and a light dressing gown for the first overnight stay with a new partner.

Don't forget your slippers, hairdryer and styling tools, a second outfit in case you want to mix it up, and yoga gear.

Fidgety31 · 27/12/2021 10:40

I have a large sized handbag with which I may take so I don’t look like I’m moving in !

@Palavah: I'm reeling at the idea of taking PJs and a light dressing gown for the first overnight stay with a new partner.

WHY? When she gets up in the morning, should she wander about in underwear/nothing or get fully dressed straight away? Personally, I'd want a robe to grab to at least get to the loo then freshen up and get dressed if I wanted. Confused

Agree, I always thought a toothbrush and clean pants was being organised!!
Fidgety31 · 27/12/2021 10:51

@Hairyfriend thanks for the idea as I was wondering what others do in the morning
I wouldn’t want to get straight up fully dressed

Palava ‘reeling’ why? What’s wrong with the suggestion?

I know this is a joke but honestly slippers are the number one thing that I rarely took but always wished I had the next morning.

In Bridget Jones at one point she is agonising about getting out of bed naked in front of new man.

The advice is she buys a sexy little slip. Like this

You just slip it on when going to bathroom etc. There are cheaper ones!

inheritancetrack · 27/12/2021 10:57

Clean pants and a toothbrush. Spend at least 48 hours naked and frolicking

junglejane66 · 27/12/2021 11:12

A strap on and handcuffs?

Flyinggeese1234 · 27/12/2021 11:33

ArseintheCoOp that’s gorgeous!

ArseInTheCoOpWindow · 27/12/2021 11:37

Yes isn’t it?!Grin

Problem solved!

Helenahandkart · 27/12/2021 11:59

Condoms, a fiver for the bus home, and a clean pair of knickers.

jelly79 · 27/12/2021 12:02

Small toiletry bag with toothbrush, light make up, hair brush and face cream
Knickers
Comfies for next morning that you can travel home in

Enjoy yourself and be kind to yourself! We all have wobbly tummies right now, who cares ;)

Babyvenusplant · 27/12/2021 12:09

I agree with pp, do not take a dressing gown 😅 Just some pyjamas or a slip would be way more appropriate
