@StartingAgain6369 you can think of me later on too, I get back at 9.15 and start 4.5 hours of project management training at 9.30. I'll still be in my gym kit 🤣.

@BelladiMamma he has markings that look like wings on his back, they asked if I was going to change his name but he's been called it for 8 years so I thought it wasn't fair. He's confused enough already.

New cat sounds adorable @Isitreallyme177 makes me feel warm inside when an older pet gets adopted and is spoilt rotten. I keep saying no more animals for me, but your update have set me off looking at rescues

Morning all - no real update here other than I had some messages back and forth yesterday with my iron although nothing of any substance. Feeling a lot calmer about it (and about to download Feeld again). Also an old iron resurfaced who I didn't get around to meeting and that has distracted me slightly from the quagmire I get into where I get too focused on one person too early on. Also tried on my new outfit last night and for the first time in years would say I'm EVENT READY three days in advance and am excited to wear it - I never feel this way ahead of having to get all dolled up.

@Isitreallyme177 he is SO CUTE - he has one of those little 'mouse faces' that cats sometimes have.

This is his sister, she is being ever so curious but so well behaved as she knows there's another cat in the house.

Oh god just seen how disgusting my oven gloves are. On my shopping list for today then. 🙈🤦‍♀️😳

@Eesha this sounds so lovely! I'm really pleased for you! Navigating the early stages is really hard but sounds like contact/connection is there and all is relatively relaxed! ☺️

In other news, magnet-man has gone quiet. He says it's work stress and i do believe him. Someone he is 'training' pretty much collided with a guard rail and has failed to show up to work. I thought i'd handle the 'quieter' periods better given the last time we saw each other just couldn't have been better. But i'm feeling quite fragile given he faded/ghosted me
once it could happen again. I'm trying not to over-think but finding it pretty tricky. Especially with this school stuff which just isn't getting any better either. My neighbour has been so supportive through all this but now he's admitted having more than friendly feelings for me i don't want to lead him on or 'lean' on him too much.
roll on Christmas holidays where we'll get some much needed peace&quiet given we can't really go anywhere!

A jug! So cute! @BelladiMamma! I'm crossing my fingers that the pug christmas party goes ahead but not sure it will. In german pugs are called 'mops' .. so at the moment she is a 'fat-mops' ... she's not been happy with her lean meals full of vegetables! And today is exactly one year since we collected her from Germany! We just LOVE her so much even if she is naughty!

She is the neediest little dolly mop you could ever hope (not) to meet. Untrainable, naughty and full of love. The dog sitter calls her 'a free spirit' 🤣

So jealous of everyone and their dogs, this was my boy ( he is long gone, this is a photo of a photo)

So that wasn't what I planned. I'm sat in the study doing a training course, the new cat is also in the study. I had coaxed him out of the igloo and he was getting used to me(I've just missed 20 minutes of my project management course though). I obviously didn't shut the door properly as next thing I know my other cat has pushed it open and stands there staring at him. She didn't hiss or growl or puff herself up. She walked in looked at him, and sat there staring at him as he had gone back to hiding in her igloo(think that has put her out a bit). She is the most amazing chilled out cat. She knew something was going on.
