Just for a laugh, I thought I'd start a thread about the bad and the ugly of OLD...

Here's mine:

1. When men have a picture of a then holding a child on their profile, and then say 'oh, by the way, it's not mine, I promise.' Why include it if it's someone else's?

1. When men say 'if you want to know anything, just ask.' I'm sorry, ask what? You haven't given me anything to ask about!

1. When men just write their social media details on their profile with the words 'add me' and nothing else. No thank you. I'm not a love island contestant.

My pictures - hair and make up done, clean room, nice outfit. Mens pictures - taken five seconds after waking up in a filthy toothpaste spotted bathroom mirror with a heap of clutter in the background.

On one woman I looked at, she looked lovely, but in the background of the picture (taken in front of a mirror I guess), we’re all her bras and pants hung up on a clothes drying thing. I immediately redid all my pictures after that..

Wrong age entered and an apology in the bio saying [insert dating app] won't let you change it.

Obvious catfish. High angles, no photos that at least show an idea of build, plus below.

Filtered to shit. Dog ear/nose, huge eyes, white teeth snap chat filter.

Wannabe influences. Follow me on IG as I don't check out here that often.

I saw one woman who’s only picture looked like she had been to a 30’s revival meet, looked fantastically glamorous, couldn’t see her face.

When they only have pictures of them doing sports involving a lot of expensive equipment

For example: skiing, scuba diving, sky diving etc.

I only had a brief experience of OLD but fuck me, was it awful. Messages would be like:
Him: what animal would you be?
Me: owl. You?
Him: Whatever animal has sex with an owl

Or something similarly distasteful

Photos were usually topless and reclining in a messy bed, or taken in what was clearly a changing room mirror, labels dangling off the clothes

The ones that look dull as ditch water, clearly never had sex and write "not vanilla".

One actual photo then just loads of crap memes.

Poking their tongues out. On a 50+ man this is so unattractive.

Or giving the middle finger.

Or have a fag hanging out their mouth.

God I could go on and on. No wonder I'm still single after 9 years
