Had an argument on sat night, well I say argument I can't remember arguing. Had a drink.
I went to bed. Now the boyfriend is funny with me, In fact being pretty off.
Apologised. Texting but edgy, him not me!
Just text and asked if he wanted me to stay Saturday.
His reply "just a bit busy with work, I will text you when I can?"
Now I asked him prior if he wanted to see me again and he said yes.
Is this the brush off?
I haven't actually ate since Saturday

I made my point clear, asked what Is wrong and have now left it.

I won't be going Sunday but I would like an explanation.

OP he sounds like a complete loser. I agree with previous poster about him gaslighting you into an argument about the drinking thing. He seems to me like a complete waste of time, what do you even like about him. I don't think he's going to give you any sort of real explanation - whatever he says it will be lies anyway. It's clear that this guy goes and does his own thing regardless and has no regard for you.

I would have just ditched him tbh, sounds hard work

@lostsoul1989

Yeah thing is I trusted in, probably cos no one else would put up with it like.

Oh well it's meant to be. He's obviously out tonight too cos he's quiet again 🤣😂

Why would you put up with behaviour that no one else would? You really need to value yourself more highly. I agree with pp . Dont bother trying to get an explanation. It will just be another opportunity for him to bullshit and blame you.
JesusIsAnyNameFree · 20/05/2021 12:36

Yeah definitely don't fall for whatever he may say to reel you back in now. Remember that his behaviour is unacceptable and as someone else said, likely a way to try and control you into behaving in a way he wants you to. Fuck that.

lostsoul1989 · 20/05/2021 14:13

It's just he's never been this angry with me before tho.
That's why I am doubting myself

You don't need to be doubting yourself OP you need to be doubting HIM. He's got angry with you for no reason. Unless we don't know the whole story? I don't really understand why this is so difficult for you

lostsoul1989 · 20/05/2021 14:50

That's why I can't understand as I don't understand the full story, if you see what I mean.

Is it a new relationship - how long have you been together?

Sounds like you are very unsure of where you stand with him
