@Isitreally7777 but did you actually hear his voice etc? Or even a video call? Like I said, maybe I'm paranoid but why is he being so secretive about meeting up, even for a tea?

@Eesha because he cheated on his ex, the mother of his children. I think being secretive comes naturally to him and up until a couple of weeks ago he thought he still had a chance with his ex (I'm not really selling him right now I know), not sure why he took me along for the ride that was his relationship breakdown but apparently I was there throughout it all.

@Isitreally7777 i don't know, this seems really dubious to me! How do you know anything he is saying is true if you have never met or heard his voice or even seen him on a video call. Hasn't it been months now?

Sorry to hear about JD @Shayelle2009 - Buy if it feels like a weight off then you have made the right decision and took the power back, even if you feel crappy for a few days, its better now that being totally heartbroken down the road.

I lost my shit last night with another moron on Tinder, he messaged a crap "Hi", I never normally reply to the one worders, but I was bored, and replied "Hi" back pretty quickly, then nothing, no reply from him. I just sat there getting angrier and angrier, so messaged him and asked him why he bothered messaging me in the first place, he replied with he goes to bed early.....he sent this at 11pm . Just so pissed off with all these men that just want an ego stroke, think Im coming off the apps for a bit.

@pineappleonpizzaornot definitely more ego strokes or bored husbands I'm finding! TBH I'm thinking I'm better than this genuinely and need to focus on my good points rather than online dating.

I realised I haven't looked in the mirror in yonks so today I'm starting my fitness regime again just to feel a bit healthier! Hope everyone is feeling chirpier this morning!

@Eesha - I am totally with you, I am so much better than this! I dont need idiots to make me feel worse about myself.
I tried to make an effort yesterday just to go to Sainsburys, sick of sitting in hoodies all the time, even though it was only food shopping it was nice to have made an effort and put some makeup on and some different clothes rather than jamas . Looking forward to when we can actually get dressed up and go for a gin!

Hey @pineappleonpizzaornot yeah when it gets you feeling like that.. might be a time for a break. Swear ive swiped left 500 times this morning and not one to the right. Maybe its a frame of mind thing.

If I was going to be single for the next 5 years that would be fine IF I knew I was eventually going to meet someone, Im just worried I am going to spend the rest of my life alone! Wish I had a crystal ball!

@pineappleonpizzaornot sideline here but I'd totally recommend maybelline 24hr colourstay lipink in a very bright colour to make you feel chirpy when doing boring stuff. I'm totally going to embrace that when I do the school run.

Exercise done and feeling chirpier for it.

@pineappleonpizzaornot i got it on eBay after recs on the beauty board here. Just stays on all day and brightens me up. I was happy to look like a slob most days and then dress up for 'dates' but not going to do that!
