I fancy the plumber. HELP!

Recently single 26 year old Mumma here.
This particular plumber has come over twice the past 2/3 months to help with various things around my rented place.

He is is absolutely stunning. In his 30's. Three children. Not with the mother, but no idea of any girlfriend. Lovely to my very chatty, curious 3yo (obviously having seen her when fixing up the place).

I am sure there is a little chemistry but I'm not sure if I'm projecting. Something in the way he mentioned me being a full-time Mum, the smile on his face as he left and mentioning he's not with the mother.

He's said he'd keep me updated with various bits that need doing. Everyone says to see if he followed through with this but I can't eat or sleep properly. I feel like a 16 year old girl again!
I don't wanna step on no ones toes, but I also don't want to waste an opportunity.

Advice?!

What policy does your estate agent have for boundaries and professional relationships? Because if he loses a job for his unprofessional relationship with a client it's doubtful he'll get another one.

I think it could be difficult with your three year old around - and I suppose she can't 'go somewhere' at the moment. If she could, eg, if you were in a bubble and she could join someone else for an afternoon, try to arrange him coming round to attend to your plumbing then. Wear something loose and make sure you have condoms handy.

Eh, you do know he might have three kids to one woman, been in a long term relationship, split up and a perfectly good father and partner, right?

Would you say the same about a woman, why would you want to be with an attractive woman with three kids?

A plumber is a very good career choice and can earn more than a doctor. As you’d know if you’d ever paid ninety quid an hour to call one out.

I think the fact he mentioned he wasn't with his kids mum was a good sign.

DP has a manual job (and is hot) and one customer mentioned more than once that it was just her and her 2 kids. He was asking me because we've had conversations around how rubbish he is at seeing when someone likes him (like me!). I said she was definitely mentioning that for a reason. I was proved right when she called his work to ask him out 😆.

He was also my workman (different job back then) and that's how we met. I also messaged him when he'd finished as it was a long job and we'd chatted loads. I was a bit flirty and we'd messed about. He thought he'd made a friend 🤦‍♀️.

And good for you for just plain old texting him and asking if he fancies a coffee. I was always too afraid to ask anyone out. Used to fanny about dropping hints and hoping they would ask me out without ever actually coming out and saying it... I'm happily married now but I probably would have had a lot more fun when I was younger if I'd just been more straightforward with men!

I've got our plumber coming around next week who is equally easy on the eye but unfortunately my plumbing isn't available to be tinkered with it doesnt stop me having a naughty fantasy lol
