Added myself to dh and ow fb chat - part 2

MissMarpleMyArse · 23/09/2018 20:37

My first thread received so much support that I've been advised to make another one due to the number of messages. I knew my dh was up to no good, added myself to their Facebook chat and blew it all up.....

OP posts:

Love that he was so smug that you won't have found anything

PerfectlyPosed · 25/09/2018 16:47

I'm sorry OP. What a cunt

MrsMozart · 25/09/2018 16:48

I'm sorry lass. It's shit.

Fiffyshadesofgreymatter · 25/09/2018 16:51

Are you going to tell him that you know? Or tell the other husband and let him find out that way?

needakickupthearse · 25/09/2018 16:53

I absolutely admire your strength, wipe the fucking floor with him!! And ow what a smug prick !! Xx

MyShinyWhiteTeeth · 25/09/2018 16:53

I never thought that the constant phone calls to see where I was were anything but interest in my day and eagerness to get me home and see me or checking all was well for me. I thought later on he was being paranoid about me cheating on him and that's why he was asking (he was the only cheat). I thought he was insecure so I tried to up his confidence and let him know I loved him. I feel a right fool. Even stuff like his changing the bedding and putting the washing on. I was happy he was doing housework.

Zebra31 · 25/09/2018 17:00

I am so sorry Op. What a shit he is. You know now. You don’t have to doubt yourself. If I was OW DH I would want to know too. Flowers

Alfiemoon1 · 25/09/2018 17:04

So sorry op

Skyejuly · 25/09/2018 17:07

What a twat :(

MixedMaritalArts · 25/09/2018 17:12

Are you going to mention how to locate info on her phone to the OW’S Husband ? in addition to the well worded @Bam ‘s text note.

ArtemisWeatherwax · 25/09/2018 17:18

What a stupid twat - he still thinks he can get one over on you.

BewareOfDragons · 25/09/2018 17:19

Lying, cheating scum bag who thinks he can keep lying.

He and OW deserve each other ... and the funny thing is, she clearly doesn't actually want him either, as she's fighting hard to save her marriage.

I hope her husband kicks her to the kerb as well.

Florries · 25/09/2018 17:20

You hold all the cards, Marple

KickAssAngel · 25/09/2018 17:24

The smug look in his face when I handed it back and he said found anything? Nope.
So he really is willing to see you think you're crazy, but you know that he is 100% lying to you!!!

There's no point even confronting him. He'll just lie some more. Just keep doing what is right for you, and every time he speaks/emails, just blank it out. It won't be anything you need to hear.

flowerpot1000000 · 25/09/2018 18:09

Bless you...well you know what you need to do OP. So sorry you're going through this. Be warned when he knows you know he wi turn on you then break down and try and sob his way back!

ASAS · 25/09/2018 18:15

Marple, you need to write a book after all the dust settles. You're a fucking inspiration.

FuckItPassMeTheWine · 25/09/2018 18:15

I second that!

FuckItPassMeTheWine · 25/09/2018 18:21

You’ve dealt with this better then Beyoncé ever did ! She’s still with her cunt . Beyoncé needs your book OP! Xx

ASAS · 25/09/2018 18:24

Right, so. That's your book called Dear Beyonce. Be sitting writing a draft when the fucker arrives back from pizza hut.

Then ask him, "How was Beefeater? I mean pizza hut."

MiddleClassProblem · 25/09/2018 18:55

In a way it’s good that you found it as it can cement that this is done rather than it being just an emotional affair that you question whether he would physically do anything and convince yourself to go back.

You’ve done incredibly well and I think you’ve taught us all some snooping tips if god forbid we needed them.

You’re amazing. And so is your mum! x

loveyoutothemoon · 25/09/2018 19:00

Agree with MiddleClassProblem.

So sorry you're going through this. At least you've found out what he's like. Will take time but you'll really be OK.

UnicornSparkles1 · 25/09/2018 19:36

I don't know how you managed not to embed the phone into his head.

redastherose · 25/09/2018 19:37

@MissMarpleMyArse it is awful but in a way better than not knowing for certain. At least now you know that even when everything was on the line and only honesty could have helped all he. Luke do was lie and minimise. I'm 2 1/2 years don the line and have been in a relationship with a lovely caring guy who thinks the world of me for 11 months now. Tbh it's a shock to be treated well after years of gaslighting. My only regret is all the wasted years after I accepted my ex's lies the first time because I did have any proof of what he'd done.

You have been amazing throughout and there is a great new life out there for you waiting to be lived. I can't tell you how much better you will feel once the awful shock has worn off.

redastherose · 25/09/2018 19:42

Could do*

Down the line*

Didn't have any proof*

Ffs 😤

userinterface34 · 25/09/2018 19:44

Genuinely remorseful then?! What a twat! Your turn to make him feel like he’s going mad since you now have the knowledge. You are incredible. I’m in awe!
