Ex has just informed me that as soon as I move out of our house (in a few weeks) he will be moving in with his gf.

We split up a few months ago but before he moved out (and within a week of us spliting)I found her earings on my bedside table.

As well as her moving into my home and playing happy families with my daughter every weekend, she's even taken over my gym memembership.

I feel like this woman has stolen my life. She is welcome to the ex but does she have to take everything else?

how horrid and insensitive.

You must feel awful.

MiaWallace · 04/06/2007 21:29

Just confirms she's as cheap and nasty as he his.

They deserve each other. Just wish my daughter didn't need to be part of their sordid little life.

Makes me feel like crap.

i'm sorry

i dont understand why either of them would want to move in to a place full of memories of a past relationship

MiaWallace · 04/06/2007 21:40

Well she didn't mind sleeping in my bed Lou. Doubt if she's picky about where she lives

so sorry mia - I really feel for you.

but how odd not to mention crass /insensitive to want to move into your previous home and go to the gym... and sleepign in your bed . May be just me but to sleep with someones partner in the marital bed is just the pits.

hugs to you and your dd - I only hope your moveing out is a happy and lucky start for you xx

I really feel for you, this must be very hard. I hope you have lots of support in RL.

madamez · 04/06/2007 21:56

Sorry you're having such a hard time over this (and do think that taking over your gym membership is a bit much. How can she do this? Isn't it yours, in your name?)

Mind you, the bed thing: don;t know your hosuehold circumstances etc, but some people might not quite see the point of replacing a piece of furniture if they're on a bit of a budget, if you get my drift. Can you afford to buy yourself a really nice bed for your new home?

MiaWallace · 04/06/2007 21:57

I've got some great friends supporting me. They let me moan about it for hours, plus they join me in calling him all the names under the sun.

Still hurts though

Well she was sleeping in my bed while we were living together, I just didn't know about it.

Sleeping is the wrong word. Should say screwing in my bed, while I was out of the house visiting friends.

I was planning to move anyway to go to uni. He's just not moving with me now. Guess it's good I found out when I did.

We were coming to the end of the relationship anyway though, I couldn't get over an affair he had a year earlier.

Hate being replaced so easily though

Get some frozen prawns and hide them somewhere - behind the sofa, in the back of cupboard, stitch 'em into the curtains if necessary. They will defrost. And stink.

no sorry, i know it is horrible that you are breaking up. but 'tart'? like it is her fault? HE was the one that was married. reserve your vitriol for him.

TaylorsMummy · 04/06/2007 22:10

tart is actually quite generous imo, considering she is not only taking over her man and her bed, time with her daughter, her house but also her bloody gym membership

feel for you miawallace, what a pair of shits.

SockPuppetOfDeath · 04/06/2007 22:12

Oh come on, sophable. I don't expect she tripped and fell on his cock by mistake.

I think MiaW can call either of them whtever she likes.

Heathcliffscathy · 04/06/2007 22:12

i don't.

TaylorsMummy · 04/06/2007 22:13

you might feel differently if it were your bloke sophable

TaylorsMummy · 04/06/2007 22:13

and your gym membership!!

SockPuppetOfDeath · 04/06/2007 22:13

Fine. Turn it into a question of semantics. Truly helpful.

i'd be heartbroken, devastated, probably would hate him but would temper that with the fact that he fathered my children and therefore I was linked to him forever.

I would NOT be misguided enough to think that he had been 'stolen' by a 'tart' that was 'taking him over'.
