There was an unfamiliar beeping coming from the coat/shoe cupboard so I went in to investigate and found a phone in DPs coat, a cheap little Nokia with just one contact - a woman’s name

Ok, I’m going to totally embarrass myself here and admit that I put the ow’s number in WhatsApp and fb, I had a name, photo and a number and I became obsessed with looking at what she was doing and what she looked like, not to mention compare myself to her.
I also contacted her and showed my hand with my H too soon and ‘lost’ evidence I probably could have found if I’d held back a bit.
I think, even if it doesn’t feel that way, you are being so dignified, patient and calm and this will all probably help you in the long run if you find out there is a ow.

I don’t really have the energy to go into it atm but we had a conversation, and I ended up asking him to leave, if just for a few days because I just can’t think straight while he’s in front of me

He did cry like a PP said he would, but I just didn’t look at him and he left
He’s now texting me all kind of I love you messages but I’m just going to turn my phone off and go to sleep (or at least lie down, I doubt I’ll get much sleep)

Just wanted to update as there’s so many messages and you’re all being so lovely I didn’t want to just disappear
