Very hot here again. Just gave Bumble a bath and am now watching Chelsea currently losing to Man City in the Community Shield!

Well they cant chuck.us out apparently will call homelesd guy tomorrow bet he isnt there he never is! And letting agents. Apparentky they have to give me a month before they start legsl stuff. Not ideal but cant help it. I am not paying the private rents its too much for too little.

work.just constant people still eating after closing time but we are supposed to serve until 15 mins before then! Its ok for bosses saying that they dont have the damm place to clean as well!

Well its DDay tomorrow! Have tried calling housing officer but he is in a meeting so will call me back. Not sure if i need to call letting agents or not (the are pretty useless so probably dont even realise its tomorrow 😀) Will see what he says. Going to take stuff to skip today and more packing. Need to get more boxes though. Might just go to argos i think they have them instead of waiting for delivery. Must check. Need more bubble wrap too. Friend has huge roll at work and said to help myself but they are moving too and it doesnt go as far as you think!

Hot but breezy here this morning which will be good for lugging things to skip😀

Hey Willow Good luck for the day and fingers crossed that man calls back and has some news. on your behalf that you're in this situation.

The problem is that nothing stays sparkly for more than a minute, but I will just be doing day to day stuff now. We've been to the park before it gets too hot and this afternoon will be paddling pool once the sun has gone over so they don't burn.

Horse - yep, and its still hot today - though its getting cooler a bit towards the weekend
wedding weekend break coming up for us , so it's fingers crossed we don't get rained on.
MrsJ - well, at least you know its been cleaned, which is half the battle!
I have been pottering around today - I've made soup, done some housework , and ironed . Then in a slight panic I checked over everything I am taking down at the weekend to make sure its all clean, tidy and wearable .
Just having a sit down and a coffee before going out to do the inevitable watering at the allotment. Then a sit and a bit of relaxing crafting for the rest of the day .
I am popping through to DD's tomorrow morning , as she has an appointment , so looking after DGS for an hour. Will make it into a trip to the supermarket on the way home.

Two trips to skip, a bit of a lump in the throat when I decided I really had to bite the bullet and get rid of mums 2 'Singer' sewing machines. They dont fetch any money these days and they have sat unused for so long they probably dont work any more anyway. I could hear my mum saying "Just get rid of them you numpty what use are they to you? You have the memories of using them with me you don't actually need them" Got more stuff out garage for charity shop, tools etc I am sure someone may want. Bit more space in garage now!

Paddling pool sounds lovely in this weather MrsJ would love a go in it was going to get a big blow up pool for kids this summer but wasnt worth it as we wouldnt have been able to take it how on earth do you dry out one of those things?

Went shopping with ds2 and for coffee, got a plant to replace my raggy pansies and some buble wrap and tape in Homebase. Didnt get the boxes, how much Argos? Will order online after all
Had to make a surprise visit to Boots, got the hint of something I havent had for many a month this morning!!!! Of course I have just thrown out packets and packets of them when I cleared out my wardrobe how blooming typical eh? (bet it comes to absolutely nothing just to tease me)

No phone call before we left either time waitied till lunchtime! Couldnt check this afternoon as apparently 1471 isnt working at the minute! 2 houses I applied for are 'closed' so I dont know if that means they are not taking any more bids and are considering who to give them to or what. Fingers crossed.

Willow - thinking of you today, with all positive thoughts and fingers crossed in the hope something sorts itself out soonest . Grrr at body being annoying too, on top of everything else.
I was busy last night finishing off another WH square.
This morning , have a load of washing in - want to get it hung out before I go to DD's , and a bit of housework too .

Warm here as well book, but given it's a Greek Island in August that's hardly surprising 🤣🤣. Warm at home at too apparently, my dad is watering my hens and my plants.

Eating far too much, mainly of the pastry variety at breakfast! Will be doing a few very low calorie days when I get home to sort that.

Its a mere 22º at the moment but heading upwards. Watering is a real chore . I am having to water tomatoes 3 times a day at the moment.

Didnt sleep so slept in! Postie left note to say they left large letter under next doies bbq for me but i can't find it! Why not lwave it in my wood shed? Must be new postie. Large letter sounds either good news or ominous!

Finally found letter. Its ds1's exam results. I cant make head nor tail of it but will maybe will look online to see how to decipher them. Some ate letters some numbers! He seems ok with them although he didnt study the pages at all😐 he still seems under the illusion that only drama matters. Arghh.

In one of the cupboards silly me. But its a huge bbq😀😀 must try catch them and tell them just to leave in woodshed in future.

Have spoken to housing officer and he said to do nothing and just sit tight. If I get a letter re court then to let him know and I will get temp housing before it happens (I hate to think!)

Done some more packing, books and ornaments. I have managed to put some books for the charity shop but I have so many I am not getting rid of I love my collection.

Need to get ready for work shortly, boooo. Still roasting hot here am melting its gonna be another hellish day at work!
Told kids they are responsible for their own washing from now on and finally got ds1 to bring it down and put in the washer (I have reminded him how to use it first so no excuses, ha ha)

Ah Willow Hope you know how to make sense of the results now. Sit tight is not very helpful hope you have an easy shift!
