New GF is insane

My XDP has got a new partner about 2 weeks ago. We haven't spoken since and last night I received an email with a really horrible picture. He has my name tattooed on his chest and the new girlfriend had wrote die slut above it. She also drew her hand around it and sent me the picture with her middle finger up against his chest. Wouldn't usually be bothered but he is now asking to see DD. She has her own child but when she is acting like that I don't want my DD around her. Ex won't see DD without her. Borderline harassment from her and EX. What should I do?

Maybe wasn't the best idea uploading that now in hindsight. I've asked for it to be removed.

Jesus Christ! How did you manage to have a child with this moron?

Hope your pic gets taken down soon though op, I'll report it for you too :)

purpleponcho · 22/09/2015 12:42

Shocking photo.

I would fight tooth and nail not to let my kid in the presence of whatever the fuck that is.

Good luck, OP.

TheHouseOnTheLane · 22/09/2015 12:48

OP you sound very together considering. I'm sorry this has happened. Flowers

YellowTangerine · 22/09/2015 12:50

Nothing he does can shock me anymore. I've gone through the heartbreak and all feelings I had for him are long gone. Just want him out of my life for good if I'm being totally honest. He's a parasite.

OP posts:
ImperialBlether · 22/09/2015 12:50

Did she post it to you or him? Does she have your number?

PotteringAlong · 22/09/2015 12:51

That's a death threat. Police, now and no more contact. Let him fight it in court if needed.

YellowTangerine · 22/09/2015 12:52

He emailed it to me. Out of the blue. As you saw imperial it's his chest but her finger.

OP posts:
ImperialBlether · 22/09/2015 12:57

Yes, I saw it. God, those two are horrific. Why isn't she just glad she's got him? He does sound a real catch. Why does she have to think you're a slut because you were with him beforehand? That sort of thing is insane - blaming you for being with her boyfriend before she even knew him - hard to get your head around that!

shadowfax07 · 22/09/2015 13:06

I think it's the Malicious Communications Act that covers this, have a quick Google and then go to the police.

YellowTulips · 22/09/2015 13:17

Well if he emailed it he has shot himself well and truly in the foot.

Report to the police and then get a solicitors on the case re: withdrawal of contact.

Justaboy · 22/09/2015 13:18

Yep Shadowfax07 that's the one right here in clause one!.

(1)Any person who sends to another person—

(a)a [F1letter, electronic communication or article of any description] which conveys—

(i)a message which is indecent or grossly offensive;

(ii)a threat; or

(iii)information which is false and known or believed to be false by the sender; or

(b)any [F2article or electronic communication] which is, in whole or part, of an indecent or grossly offensive nature,

is guilty of an offence if his purpose, or one of his purposes, in sending it is that it should, so far as falling within paragraph (a) or (b) above, cause distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom he intends that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.

YellowTangerine · 22/09/2015 13:25

Printed all emails and pictures off. On my way to the police station now will keep you updated. Thanks for the advice everyone

Hope you get it sorted, no way on earth would she get near my children.

Bakeoffcake · 22/09/2015 13:35

You're doing the right thing. He sounds a nasty bastatd! You don't want your child near him and this is great evidence to prove what a bell end he is.

Chairmanofthebored · 22/09/2015 13:37

I agree with all of the above. There is no way I would let my child anywhere near nutcases like this! You would be absolutely justified in insisting on supervised visits for ex only. His gf has no right to see your child.

MascaraAndConverse · 22/09/2015 13:57

She sounds like a complete loon!
Don't let your children anywhere near her.

Scarydinosaurs · 22/09/2015 14:04

Good luck.

hellsbellsmelons · 22/09/2015 14:18

I was coming on to question the word 'insane' but.... Oh deary me, it's way way way beyond insane.
Good luck at the police station.
I hope that give them the fright they both needs. Twats.

ChazsBrilliantAttitude · 22/09/2015 14:49

Good luck

YellowTangerine · 22/09/2015 15:30

Just back from the police station. Have a log number and someone will be coming to take a statement tomorrow. Hopefully that's the end of it :)

OP posts:
AlfAlf · 22/09/2015 16:25

How horrible.
You've done the right thing. Hopefully it shouldn't be too hard to keep him out if your life when you have all that evidence.

gamerchick · 22/09/2015 16:25

Well done man! Hopefully it'll reign the bastards in!

Hissy · 22/09/2015 16:37

IT won't be the end of it, but hopefully he beginning of the end. Get legal advice re access too.

Die Slut is a threat, which is a criminal act, more serious than the criminal act of harassment as far as I understand.

Do not let your dd anywhere near them. She could be at risk from one or both of them.
