Raped 8 years ago - Police video statement tomorrow. HELP, please

Hello :) I had a boyfriend when I was 18 who raped me on 3 occasions, he was emotionally and physically abusive and I didn't have the courage to tell anyone. I have suffered horrendous mental health issues every day since. A man approached me two nights ago, no sexual interest or anything but he was stood toe to toe with me which triggered something in me. I went home and phoned the police, I'm being video interviewed tomorrow and if anybody could tell me what to roughly expect I would appreciate it. I have been spending the last 24 hours writing down every tiny detail that I can remember, even clothes that were worn etc.
Any advice, please. I don't want my family to know something is amiss. Thanks.

I'm also sorry for basically treating this thread like my own personal blog but I (thankfully) haven't met anyone in my life who afaik has any experience in rape/sexual abuse matters and I am not comfortable discussing it with my friends or family.

I have a friend who has confided in me that she was raped, we're quite close but she is going through alot right now and she's only 22, I don't want to drag her into my past. She is a lovely girl though and she came with me to physio because I was too scared to leave the house alone.
I've got a number for rape crisis near me and I'll contact them if I truly feel like I need to. I think until I get another call from the police I'll be ok. Thanks innocent I am sorry that your 'friends' were nasty about it, that's fucking vicious.

I haven't been referred to anybody by the police, not for help of any kind, nothing like that. I have just had phone calls constantly asking where person A, B, C and D are NOW and can I track them down and contact the police with their details. My attacker admitted what he did to me on Bebo, that old social networking site thing? It was a really intense conversation years ago and finally he said that he raped me but my entire profile has gone and Bebo state they can't get it back :/
