You can but it's the oddest feeling in the world - not necessarily unpleasant, but definitely best described as "odd" for both of us. No way to know except to try it! I don't use a moon cup, so I'm no help here. I too would be worried about squishing it and it spilling.

Actually there is a sort of tampon like a squishy marshmallow that you can keep in during PIV sex.

They are basically shaped synthetic sponges. There are a couple of brands, but if you google "soft tampons" you will find them.

I would probably use a mini- tampon if it were me. Mooncup was awfully uncomfy and cystitis/thrush inducing even without any sexytime (waste of twenty quid, bah!).

For everybody confused - the two holes are not too far apart. If you had a finger in each hole, you could feel through the skin.

OP is concerned that pressure from hole two will make her mooncupped-vag uncomfy, spill, dig in etc.
