Dh visiting hook-up sites.

Dh left his phone at home today. It rang, and I missed the call, so I opened it up and found he's been visiting those sites where you can hook up for no strings sex. Scrolling through the history, and it would appear that this isn't just a one off. Am absolutely stunned. Wondering what to do next. Obviously I'm going to tear a strip off him when he gets home, but what do I do then? He's going to try and wriggle out of it, I know. He has a history of lying about stuff, but never given me cause to think he would be unfaithful. Advice needed urgently.

If they're in your search history they're not pop ups. Pop ups only appear on screen and in the cookies/cache.

To be honest, from the OP it's not entirely clear that they are in the history, they might just be tabs open and, therefore pop ups, but as I said upthread, the fact he doesn't care whether she believes him or not and has made no attempt to prove his explanation makes me doubt that it's a pop up.

Not search history, just in visited sites so 'history'. Pop-ups appear in mine. If I start typing www.ad then adultfriendfinder very helpfully appears from the sites I have visited even though I haven't, but simply been redirected to / popped up from a torrent site.
